Bought the raceMR Gaming Desktop, Its a powerful PC with all the capabilities I need for gaming. Havent had any issues so far. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is that theres an ugly warning sticker on the glass panel and if you remove it, theres left over glue stuck on the glass thats impossible to remove.

As a photographer I use LR and PS extensively and need a capable maching to work the images (about 1500-2500 images/month). Not into gaming but wanted a powerful computer to handle my work flow. I started with a mac studio m1 max but it just wasn’t giving me the performance I expected from it, regularly going into swap memory and such. To improve performance I needed either a 1440 or 5k display (to avoid apple’s resolution scaling) but I’m not working on a 1440 display and I’m definitely not spending $1400+ for a monitor when the asus proart 4k works great at around $400. I replaced with this pc. Was hoping the 3080 GPU woukd make up for the i7. Swapped in 64gb of ram. Performance wasn’t much better than the mac studio. My buddy, also a photographer, running similar spec’d machine with i9-12900k, demo’d much better performance for photo editing software. I was convinced and have exchanged this machine for the one with i9-12900kf. As far as the build quality of this pc, the first thing I did was confirm all components and plugs were seated firmly with no damaged ports or sockets. Everything was clean. Next, checked the drivers. Everything was good there as well. Running HWmonitor, all the temps were consistently in the 30 celcius range consistently. Would get up to around 40 when I started working. The constant-on fans took a bit of getting used to but not a huge deal at all in my opinion. The pc ran really fast and clean with no error prompts or issue alerts. Super responsive. I was really hopeful the pc could handle the workload, and it almost did. Never the less, i have no doubt this would have made for an excellent gaming rig!

Got this computer on black friday, (TraceMR2040) and so far very impressed with the computer. The GPU that came with mine was the MSI geforce RTX 3080 Ventus 3x Plus 10G OC LHR. I did have to contact support about a damaged side panel, took them about a week to send me a new one at no charge. very easy to work with and so far i would highly recommend this computer.

I have been thinking about getting a gaming PC for a while and decided to take the plunge with this purchase. It was incredibly easy to set up and has definitely met my expectations. I use this computer to edit pictures on Lightroom and Photoshop in addition to gaming and photo editing has become much faster. Definitely recommend!

BUY A NEW COOLER IF U BUY THIS PC!!!!!

Overall specs on the computer are good - Had too check through everything as some people reported getting faux parts - Price is reasonable but buyer beware and read the reviews on here and online - you'll see common issues with most and mine being their coolers. Mine started overheating a couple weeks after taking it home a couple weeks....... main issue is the AIO pump failing and not turning on or working and it was gradually getting worse - sometimes it would boot and pick up the AIO and get too cooling but it just dies over time and becomes a risk that will overheat and kill your computer. Luckily most get a few years use out of their PC before experiencing some issues but mine started literally a day before return was up for Best Buy - I reached out too IBUYPOWER for some support and based off my issues they acknowledge it is likely the cooler - gave me some options off their warranty - Either send PC in for an est 4-6weeks for repairs ( you as the customer must also pay for shipping too and from - are liable for all damages so make sure u get some good packing material if u plan to send ur unit it for a few months) or part replacement - two options there basic and advance - one is you send the cooler to them and they send you a replacement once received at no cost ( but shipping ) or you dish out 70$ for them to send you a cooler first and you send back the old for that too be refunded. Makes sense - decent warranty. But the customer service since has been non existent - I cant through too anyone to get an update on my RMA status - I ask for updates and send email and nothing . Its a good computer but there are plenty of better ones - if you buy this expect the SAME issues and likely the SAME customer service. Be ready too shill out another coupler of bucks for a upgrade on your cooler and probably RAM.

Really great prebuilt PC, however after owning it for a couple months there seems to be an issue with the CPU water cooler. Might be a bad thermal paste contact with the cooler. I will talk to IBUYPOWER to see what they think the problem may be.

Best Deal Prebuilt with RTX 3080

I just bought an IBuyPowerPC from Bestbuy and got a good deal because they were on sale during the holiday season. I usually build my own PCs but this deal so amazing I could not have built my own PC with the same components as the one on this particular model for less money. It would have cost me more. Especially because GPU availability is abysmal not because of a shortage but because of greedy scalpers who buy out all stock and hold the GPUs ransom for a premium of more that $500+ in addition to the original MSRP. So the best way to get your hands on a GPU is through a prebuilt system. The iBuyPowerPC I bought had off the shelf components unlike Asus or HP that use in-house basic motherboards with no upgradability. The motherboard in my PC was something you can buy off of store shelves. My PC came with an Asus Z690-P Wifi D4 Motherboard. A Intel i7 12700KF. 16GB RAM, PNY RTX 3080 10GB. With a water cooled AIO for the CPU. I am very please with the purchase and will be buying again in the future with iBuyPowerPC.

Purchased during holiday sale and performance has been everything expected. Updated BIOS and all drivers, and I'm running most games on Ultra, barring those that might require the 4000 series. Would recommend for anyone looking at a well-designed, upgradable gaming PC.

I bought this gaming desktop 13 months ago to replace my previous iBuyPower desktop, which was inoperable because the liquid cooling system stopped working after only about a after I purchased it. For both of them, I bought them because they were the best specs I could find in my local store. This one is still working but I don't think it will be much longer. The case fan has already gone out after only 13 months. Even before that, it was crashing nearly every day and still does. When it crashes it has the most annoying quirk - it just shuts down and won't restart until it's plugged into a different HDMI port than the one I have it plugged into on my large TV. I have to unplug it from the TV and plug it into a small TV I have in order to restart it. Once it's rebooted on the small TV, I can plug it into the large one again and it works. I've never seen anything like it. I'm already looking to replace this computer after only 13 months and as I mentioned the iBuyPower it replaced malfunctioned after only a year. I gave this two stars because the specs are good and it performs well when I can keep it from crashing, but it's crashing more and more often now. I will never buy anything from iBuyPower again. Whatever I replace this with, I will be patient and order online instead of getting the apparent best options available locally.

I bought this desktop a week ago and I am very pleased with my purchase. It is well made, no cheap components and not only looks good but is quiet as a mouse. I previously had an Asus desktop and the iBUYPOWER is a far superior product. Thanks to the folks at Best Buy for recommending it.

The value is really good. The components are of good quality and it feels like a premium PC, as it should. But I do have so complaints. First off, the IO plate does not line up with the motherboard USB ports. Now at some point I have to disassemble the whole computer if I want to use it to it's full capabilities. My second complaint is that one of the liquid cooling fans is made of really cheap quality, and makes a ticking noise at high speeds. My last complaint is that the RGB 3-Pin connector on the motherboard came bent. The computer runs and functions. I'll most likely end up just fixing these issues myself because I don't feel like going through the process of customer service.

I got it on sale to replace a 2 year old computer that I wanted to update to a 3080 video card. With the price of the video card still hovering around $1k, $1,400 for everything new made a bit more sense. Little boy with and adult paycheck lol

Runs very well, I haven't had a chance to try a big game, but according to the specs it can run the newer titles that I've been wanting to play. That's good enough for me!
