I got this pc on sale for 1750, at that price you cant build it for cheaper then that! Powerful and smooth, had a hiccup with bluetooth called ibuypower and they had it working with in 10 minutes!

Don't waste your money. Probably a combination of hardware and OS, but this thing crashes regularly. The OS (Windows 11) restarts every single day at a minimum. If you don't restart daily, your keyboard and mouse lose connectivity and you have to restart anyway. You can't wake the computer with a keyboard/mouse--even if you change the settings to allow it, they just never register, so you have to restart the machine. You can't use the graphics card for anything remotely taxing or the computer restarts.

Plays all my games at ultra 4k with 60-120 frames.

This experience has been awful. I order and paid extra for overnight shipping. My order is now delayed. And after contacting their “Customer Support” I know they only get the same information as us. Currently it’s being investigated by their “backend team” without a way for me to cancel the order. I bought this pc because I it on sale for 1700 and that was the same price I coulda built the same thing so I figured I might save the hassle. Man I wish I woulda knew Best Buy’s service is awful and they sell more products then they actually have in store leaving many customers unhappy and empty pockets with no product!!!!! IN GENERAL AVOID BEST BUY PREBUILTS!!!!!!!!

GARBAGE. First time I have ever bought a computer with AMD processor, and it will be the last. Not sure if it is AMD, but either way this computer is awful. Crashes, crashes, and more crashes. Microsoft people cant figure it out, reformatted, reinstalled windows multiple times, still sucks.

great pc but it came broken. It works but its black screening at random, flickering, for no reason. Just with simple things such as watching youtube. And now its also freezing and crashing. With the amount of money i paid, and the amount of time i waited, i should not have to deal with this. If they resolve it *swiftly then its a 5 star from me, but that remains to be seen. Either way, its a great pc but this is unacceptable.

My computer had one of the fans broken when I first purchased it and it keeps crashing on me

I have never had such a hard time getting a package in my life. UPS has been the problem. Best Buy might want to consider changing carriers. UPS has screwed up multiple times and cant seem to deliver my package. Very unhappy with multiple problems with changes and dates of delivery.

I ordered mine and it says it supposed to get delivered today (12/22/2023) but they rescheduled it. Was hoping to get it before Christmas. I will just return it. I am really annoyed right now.

2 freeze/restart everyday, tried everything but still. very bad quality
