Amazing computer needed an upgrade and this sure was it.

I bought the iBUYPOWER - Y40 Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-13700F - 32GB DDR5 RAM - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti 16GB - 2TB NVMe SSD - Black, as a budget PC and project. I needed a PC ASAP for school finals and video gaming of course. However, I didn't want to shell out cash for a suped-up PC because I have an Alienware aurora that needs to be fixed (not sure what's wrong). So I figured I would get a budget PC for the time being while my other pc is getting fixed. Well, this PC actually ended up changing my mind and now I plan on selling my Alienware. It runs everything at solid fps for this price. You can't beat it, I plan to upgrade the GPU when I sell my other pc.

It can literally run any game you want on max graphics

Overall a solid build. If you do your research on this pre-built you will find stuff starting the PSU is too small and it trips frequently. I personally have not had this happen. The 16 GB 4060 TI is a solid GPU and paired with the I7 this is more than enough of a PC for 95% of people out there. So for the price point, it’s hard to beat.. This is my 2nd IBuyPower and same as the last. I have to install several things to complete the initial setup. Annoying but not end all. Examples: The RGB software needed installing , the SSD needed to have installing finished, windows needed to be verified, RAM speeds needed increased. All easy to deal with but could be a huge headache for most. My main complaint is the noise of this PC. But if you are familiar with tuning and adjusting settings you can easily go into the BIOS and balance fan speeds along with everything else. (Don’t do that if you don’t know what you’re doing)

Overall magnificent system. The case really shows off the internal specs of this PC. The RGB is only a plus. Speed and quality go hand in hand, and it doesn't skip a beat. Performance for work and gaming has been phenomenal.

I cannot say enough good things about this PC. Its got enough RAM that its lightning fast loads for games and no lag. Video card is a decent entry level card. Lets be honest its not a $2000 vid card. For the guys that build max spec gaming computers themselves this would not measure up, but they'd be looking at at least double the price. For an entry level/casual gamer this is all you need. LED stuff was easy to setup and customize. Only shortcoming is the mouse does not have a full range of LED programmability and is very limited if you're obsessed with the LED thing. Mouse itself works great though for an included mouse. 2TB solid state drive is awesome, super fast compared to a normal SATA drive. Honestly, for the price point you can't do better.

I'm not yet a gamer. I bought this computer for the power and features that comes with it. And it is fast. Turn it on and in maybe a minute it's up and running. No waiting like my other computers. Intel Core i7, 32 GB DDR5 Ram, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060Ti16GB-2TB NVMe SSD, what's not to like? I set it up and use it just like a regular computer.

This computer is a powerhouse. The processor, GPU, and amount of ram make this a true gaming computer. My son can play all the latest games on high settings and not miss a beat.

this is my first gaming pc I was impressed with how easy it was to setup, so far I've played helldivers 2, ready or not, dead by daylight, and beam ng drive and they all run flawlessly

Very easy to set up and would recommend to people new to PCs. It looks great and sold at a reasonable price. I purchased the Y40 IBP and it has been running great for the time that ive had it.

Fast, powerful and quiet. There were a couple of cables with it that were a mystery but someone with more computer knowledge would probably put them to use. Otherwise it's a fine computer.

My gosh, this was the best purchase ever. The speed of the computer is amazing and I haven't had any problems with overheating, lag, or crashes. Just do yourself a favor and buy it.

Absolutely love the PC that I got, customer service was awesome! The order status showed that it wasn't built yet when it appeared at my door. they upgraded me from 2 day ground to 1 day air shipping. only issue was the computer did not have activated windows already so I had to call, easy fix!

This is my first time having a nice desktop computer and I am impressed so far! The specs are great, it runs every task that I need it to without lag, and the rainbow colors are pretty.
