This computer has been great for the most part, had some issues at the start but overall was easy to fix. (I think it had more to do with Windows 11 than the computer itself)

I recently bought this during the November sales, highly recommend this for someone who wants a more than capable gaming PC but may not have the technical knowledge on building one yet. This build can pretty much run any game out there on epic settings and any foreseeable future games on very high settings as well.

Power house compute and good price for prebuilt. I know nothing about building towers but from what i researched if you just want a powerhouse with little effort on ypur part this is the a top pick

Good computer especially for my gamer son. He does all different games and streams and this computer was perfect for his needs.

This computer preforms well, i play World of warcraft, and it runs it flawlessly, and serves the purpose of my office needs as well. The thing i Like most is that, It is a Great Baseline to start with. If you aren’t comfortable Building, it is VERY Upgradable. Overall i would recommend this computer.

First pc and my last I don’t think I’ll ever have to buy another one! Bought it 4yrs ago and no problems

Good system and moves along fast, the only issue was the aio fans came unplugged at some point of building or shipping. I called I buy power tech support and they helped me live video call find the wire and plug it back in where it needed to be , absolutely no issues since.

I got this for my son for Christmas. It exceeded expectations across the board. It was super easy to setup. Case looks amazing and the whole build is solid and top-notch. Runs all the games at high frame rates. It’s nice and quiet and runs cool. Highly recommended.

Amazing computer - works perfectly straight out of the box. Previous reviews mentioned the excess packing foam inside; they must've listened to those concerns, because mine had all the packing foam formed and contained in a baggie, so it all came out in one piece. Speedy and responsive, would buy again!

What a mess, out of the box everything worked well for the first week or so until I started playing higher load games. Computer would completely freeze and would require a hard restart to get it to un-freeze. I ran a disk scan and cleanup, tested the ram, re installed windows, re installed the games I was playing, checked the integrity of all the games files, updated and checked all drivers just to have it freeze again. I put up with this for about 3 days trying everything possible to fix it until I took it back and talked to Geek squad. They ran all the test they could and didn't find any issues and ruled it defective. The graphics card in this thing should have at least an 800 watt power supply, not a 600 watt. iBUYPOWER completely cheaped out on the PSU and motherboard and I feel like this is why this computer has so many 1 star reviews talking about freezing.

If you need a good computer at a good price, this is a good choice

I’ve been using this for a month and a half now and so far it’s been running great, the pc can run anything that I’ve been working on, the gpu works great for playing games, and overall I haven’t had any problems with it. I definitely recommend buying this especially for gaming purposes.

Honestly as someone who just wants to relax after work and play games with no problems this is a great price for a good pc it can run pretty much any games from rocket league, r6, Rust, ,FiveM and im able to watch youtube or netflix at the same time with little to none latency

Bought this PC on black friday knowing that a 600w psu more than likely would not be able to power the system properly. Within four days of having the pc it crashed ( I kept track ) 27 times. Full restart, no error message. Indicates power supply issue that i feared was true. I called support and they assured me that the power supply was not an issue, recommended i send the build back to them so they can take care of the whatever the issue might be. Before that though i decided to try buying a new 750w power supply. Hooked it into the system and what do you know it's flawless. Just goes to show that IBP cheaped out on a psu that is simply insufficient and wont own up to it. Aside from all that, its a fine system for a reasonable price. Just be prepared to spend another $100 on a replacement PSU.

This is a good product I was purchased last week. Since I had it I feel more varible to do a lot of tasks I need. Like play game , study , or relax with it. It is a strong and amazing machine I never seen before . Thank you Best Buy for a good quaility and product they sell off !

My son is very happy with his new gaming desktop. We bought this for him for Christmas and gave it to him early to enjoy before we travel. He is over the moon. This is an upgrade for him - our second gaming desktop from Best Buy. Depends on the longevity we will be back!

I bought this PC even that some customers saying that’s was a bad PC blah blah blah, and when I bought it it was the best gaming PC that I had in my life, I give five star cause it works at every games that a I like and also it’s good quality

Great gaming pc. The heat sink works too well. The high end card kicks in with high end gaming and makes it all go. Sure, a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I paid for and got an excellent gaming pc.
