So far no issue, system work great and I end up building another PC because of this PC :)

What a mess, out of the box everything worked well for the first week or so until I started playing higher load games. Computer would completely freeze and would require a hard restart to get it to un-freeze. I ran a disk scan and cleanup, tested the ram, re installed windows, re installed the games I was playing, checked the integrity of all the games files, updated and checked all drivers just to have it freeze again. I put up with this for about 3 days trying everything possible to fix it until I took it back and talked to Geek squad. They ran all the test they could and didn't find any issues and ruled it defective. The graphics card in this thing should have at least an 800 watt power supply, not a 600 watt. iBUYPOWER completely cheaped out on the PSU and motherboard and I feel like this is why this computer has so many 1 star reviews talking about freezing.

Great gaming pc. The heat sink works too well. The high end card kicks in with high end gaming and makes it all go. Sure, a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I paid for and got an excellent gaming pc.

Bought this after recommendations from Best Buy employees, and what a great sale! This is a great pc that runs all my favorite games effortlessly (like bg3; everything renders instantly) performance is top notch

Great service and help finding the pc i was aiming for

I bought this PC tower. When setting it up, i saw the graphics card had only two fans but the picture on the website and on the box had three fans. I exchanged it but BestBuy gave me the same one. They were of no help. I love the computer, it's very fast and good graphics. But its not what's advertised.

Upgraded from a 1070 to this beast. Big improvement for all my games. Shipping was fast and the pc was properly stored and safe. It was a little hard to get it out of the box, but i appreciate the extra care in packing.

Incredible PC all around - great for gaming, work and general use. It looks good, runs quietly and seamlessly. I'm a believer that you get what you pay for and while this isn't cheap - its a worthwhile investment that is built to last!

For a pre built pc you can't go wrong with IBUYPOWER pc's. This pc comes ready to play everything and anything that you want to. Highly recommend for gamers trying to get into pc gaming or even a veteran pc player looking for a upgrade.

Works great, no problems at all. Runs games very smoothly, and does great even for schooling or work.

This rig has performed amazingly since I got it. I was wary with the PSU not being enough, but it hasn't given me a single bit of an issue. I'm able to run all of my typical games in ultra settings with no problems.

Wanted an upgrade and IBUYPOWER computers looked cool and had a good diverse price range which help. The upcharge on the computer wasn't that steep for assembly and the mouse and keyboard as well and shipping was about 2 weeks.

Really good computer, easy to set up and haven't had anything other than minor issues. The keyboard and mouse that come with it aren't the best but they are good if you don't have either.

Such a pretty computer not going to lie. Super fast, im new to the gaming PC world and all I can say is i'm in love lol. It came packaged super well and the setup instructions were clear.

This PC was solid for about three months. Since then it crashes consistently. Not a regular crash but a hard freeze. I’ve upgraded the power supply to an 850w gold and I’ve tested both ram sticks. Still hard freezing. Several people have had issues with the computer, really sucks considering I’m broke and it only started acting up as bad as it is a few weeks ago, I am now over a year since purchasing.

Bought this for my son as a gift for Christmas and he loved it.
