Sad that everyone was right about avoiding this PC

The customer support is decent but after a week of having this $1800 computer, it has crashed more times than my $800 laptop has in over 6 years. (Roughly 20 times). The software preinstalled would not run unless I disabled my antivirus software, and it has a different serial number installed on the computer than what the CMD prompt was telling me. I am told they are going to send me replacement RAM but I am anxious to even try to work around it with my refund date expiring soon. I didn't want to write this review, and gave it a bit of time to "work out the problems" but I should have just listened to the warnings everyone was giving me. It's a shame becaue the computer otherwise runs magnificently, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I am happy to change my rating if anything changes.

He hooked me up!! Helped me understand PC gaming now. Shawn is my man i swear to god he converted me to the PC master race. He is that guy!!
