Just bought today and so far so good, no complaints.

I bought this PC in November but really didn’t start playing on it until January. Since then, this PC crashes, freezes, restarts on its own, and Bluetooth randomly disconnects and reconnects with all devices. The only way to restart it when it freezes and crashes is to COMPLETELY TURN OFF THE COMPUTER FROM THE BACK and reboot it. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I’ve tried updating drivers and NOTHING! I’ve bought and downloaded scanning, cleaning, and updated software. NOTHING! and now I’m reading BB wont do anything without dropping at least another $100.00 for GS to LOOK AT IT! People are saying power issue so I might have to spend $125.00 on a new power supply. Insane that I spent $1600 for it to work properly for 2 months before it starting becoming a faulty and unreliable product and am now expected to put even more money down to get a problem fixed that shouldn’t be occurring.

Huge upgrade for me. The first one I got had some issues, but customer service helped me get setup for a return and helped make sure I didn't run into any other issues. Best service for this type of purchase!

Good pricepoint for the main hardware and seems to be put together pretty well but the machine has been nothing but problematic. Hard freezes under any amount of load, from watching a video to playing a demanding game, and requires a forced hard boot to become operational again. Online support has just been a flurry of canned responses leading to no actual assistance. After self-diagnosing and coming to the conclusion that the issue resides with the hardware I am hoping the in-store staff are much more understanding and caring considering how much one pays for the pre-built machine aswell as the aftermarket protection and make an attempt at either fixing the issue or replacing the possibly faulty unit. Not a great impression after a single week.

Got this PC hoping to start gaming right away. Started freezing on my completely, mouse and keyboard would not work. I’ve spent hours over a period of a few days trying to fix it by updating all drivers and software, booting into safe mode, running commands to check for errors. Still getting random crashes. I’ll be returning this one to the store. I’ve looked up forums and there are more people with this exact same issue. Some say it’s the ram and others say it’s the power supply. I’m not throwing any more money into a prebuilt pc that’s supposed to work out of the box.

I have been really impressed with this rig so far. The first time I ordered, the cooling system was not installed properly and I was running into emergency overheat shut-down when just booting up or running idle. I returned the faulty rig and got a new one that works perfectly.

Best gaming pc i ever bought, decent space inside the tower, also has room for additional parts and easy to reach inside, LEDs look great on the inside and outside of the tower as well

The PC looks great and runs well. Only silly complaint is the instructions that come with the PC are wrong. To take the side panel off just pull that side lightly with your fingers, theres no screws to remove

Great pc with great specs at a great price. The only issue I had was with Best Buy’s description lacking the information that the ibuypower website had. The product itself is good though, and it is pretty too !

PC is well put together! There is room for expansion, and to work when upgrading down the line. The RGB is very pretty. IBUYPOWER has a great price for some of the strongest components on the market.

This is my first experience buying a gaming pc online. But the experience over all was really good and it arrived earlier than expected. It also looks really good I'm very happy with my purchase.

My teenage kids said this was the best Christmas ever!! Both are attending flight schools and this system allows for all the programs needed and MORE!! Highly recommend it!

Does everything I need it to do gaming, streaming, and editing has never been smoother. Can see potential upgrades in the future but only minor additions

overall is great and does the job! we bought one and had set it up, but unfortunately the lighting inside did not work and so we had to return it and get a different one sent out. that was kind of hassle overall though it was good

Overall a good machine. However out of the box the fans were running very loud. Settings in the bios were not correct for the fans and pump. Had to change off of auto. After that it has been perfect.

My first pc and it’s the best, would go back to upgrade in the future.

The PC is perfect!! However, acquiring any kind of PC from Best Buy was one of my worst experiences and I really hope this PC lasts forever (I know it won't) because I don't want to have to go through that process ever again...
