PC Problems but Great Customer Service

While loading up a game my computer crashed and I was unable to start the computer back up. Best Buy customer service was great in replacing my PC, but I am nervous now to buy without a warranty given crash. It appears that the computer does not have a heat shield over its M2 chip. I don’t know much about PC’s but my friends think that may have caused the issue I experienced.
