I would say this PC has slightly better than mediocre in performance for the price. It came with a compact RTX 4060ti, not the full-size graphics as on the display model, and basic PC parts. Overall, I would say I'm not pleased but satisfied with the purchase.

Best Buy will tell you oh well just return it even tho the floor model and BOX show a 3 FAN graphics card! They would not even give me some of my money back for the mistake!

Posted .Hello, We make sure all PC models use the specified graphics card that is listed. For this model, the graphics card is correct as listed. However, the exact brand/manufacturer (ASUS, PNY, MSI, etc.) of the card can vary based on our current inventory. The hardware performance shouldn't differ between manufacturers, though there may be some software/firmware differences. Some brands/manufacturers will even differ in the number of GPU fans, which has little to no difference. So although your graphics card only has 2 fans, it is the correct GPU model and PC that you ordered. Hope this helps!

It does look pretty, it does have some good specs, but in the end it was nothing but a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The computer would freeze up out of nowhere not even a week into using it. I did some research and chalked it up to the power supply being too small. But this seems to be an issue with all of ibuypower builds. I will never buy their brand again. I went to best buy because they’ve always been known for the latest and greatest. This brand is hurting that reputation.

I can’t even open task manager. I’m exchanging it today for another, hopefully the new one does not continue to crash on me. When it works it’s amazing.

Terrible Pre built

It comes with faulty Ram out of the gate, the power supply is also maxed out with no room to spare returned and bought a SkyTech pre built instead

Amazing! Second one was shipped. Looks different physically. Keeps crashing. Exchanged 3 times. They either arrive damaged, or literally start crashing after windows is set up. It's beyond frustrating, especially since the one is so perfect and amazing, and the other is a total crapshoot. They were setup with the same process. It's been nearly 2 months since original purchase. In my experience, you have a 50/50 change of either an amazing PC, or a glorified paperweight. I'll change the review to 5 stars once they BOTH work flawlessly.

The only problem is that it experiences a severe amount of crashes and freezes to the point where the only way to reset it is by turning the power off entirely. This is dramatically inconvenient whether the purpose of the PC is work or pleasure. Needless to say, tech support is no help, and for a pre-built there WILL be additional costs whether it be an upgrade to the power supply or SSD (which I found was needed).
