Product works like expected after some initial worries. While opening the product, they seem to have went gung-ho on the spray foam inside to keep the components from shifting and coming loose. I thought I had done something getting it out of there at first, but now seems to be working great. Would buy again. Have always had good luck with iBuypower computers, through 3rd party or direct.

Working like a charm! I needed to contact support to make sure I understood how to work some of the more involved settings, and they were incredibly helpful to assist someone like me who doesn't know much about computers. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a nice computer without having to go through the building process yourself!

I was in the need of a new gaming computer, but get pretty overwhelmed with all the options. The associate that helped me really narrowed it down to this one and i’m glad i went forward with buying it. the process was easy and the computer runs smoothly and the graphics of my games have improved since my last computer for sure.

Is there any way employee or tech can check what kind of power supply it has exact. I saw a few people say its few powerful and underpowered. Last thing i want is the computer to completely freeze or die cause of bad power supply i couldve upgraded a while ago before i purchase

This is my first gaming PC (I'm upgrading from a gaming laptop) and so far the setup and everything is fairly simple. My fans did make a weird noise when I first turned the pc on but it hasn't made that noise since then so I guess everything's okay.

Nice looking computer, works great. Just what I was looking for. Now I can play my games without being kicked out. The speed is awesome. Can't say enough good things about this computer. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Got the computer for Christmas it is a beast at gaming no game can get in its way. If you plan on using it on games on call of duty and gta 5 that take a bunch of storge you still will have a lot of storge with the 2t storge.

Finally got this new PC after many years of not upgrading, and am beyond happy with the purchase. Even the process of ordering to pick-up was smooth. Can't wait to keep messing with this thing!

I love it. I've had this pc for a while now and I haven't had a single problem with it. I'm able to run a lot of fps and play on high performance in almost any game. I can most definitely say I would buy an ibuypower pc again.

So far the pc has been working perfectly it can run any game well at the moment I use fortnite and twitch studios and this is a great pc that is workingperfectly right now. I recommend.

This pre-built desktop is very powerful and didn't cost as much as buying the parts individually. The interior is gorgeous and there was no hassle or worries about putting the computer together.

Works good for what I need it for. I ran into some issues with certain programs which was frustrating but I got it figured out for the most part. Got it on a good sale too! Best Buy employees were very helpful/knowledgeable

The desktop give me good graphics while playing games. RGP lights are AWESOME and SLAYYYY!! There are extra space to put some figures and its wide. Totally recommend!

Bought this PC about 4 months ago overall it's doing amazing, the quality and the performance are cool, no bugs or anything have showed up while setting it up.
