I had to exchange our previous gaming PC and found this great deal at BestBuy. As a loyal Intel customer, I am so glad I purchased this great PC. First of all, the colors and RGB lights are stunning! The material quality of the case, keyboard, and mouse is so much better than the other competing brands. I tried to run a few programs at the same time just to test the performance. Fast, smooth and quiet! The cooler fan runs smoothly and quite. I am impressed with the product quality. Packing, installation, specs are great. I strongly recommend this PC to anyone.

So i purchased this PC as a result of a bit of research and just black Friday sales. It runs everything I want it to and more and what i was most excited about was the jump from DDR4 to DDR5. Now this is where my first issues began to arise and why it not a five star rating. The pc would randomly freeze and be completely unresponsive, the only way to get it to respond was to hold the power button. Now im sure this would have been the breaking point for a lot of customers, but I wanted to fix it. What ended up needing to happen is you need to underclock the ram in bios from 5200 to 4800, i have no clue why, im assuming since its a more budget brand RAM it has something to do with unstable ram. nevertheless once i resolved that issue the pc worked like a dream and the only reason its not a five star.

Much faster than my previous Gen 1 i3 which is obviously to be expected... I'm challenging how many concurrent browser windows I can keep open without it crashing... so far hundreds... hey I'm just doing this as a test... won't do this routinely. It froze on me once in the 2 months I've owned it. Had to physically reset it. I didn't have all the windows open at the time, really not much running and it was overnight, in the morning it was just hung. Hope that's not a thing. The 2nd M.2 slot was really hard to find, but I finally did. Gotta remove the video card to install a 2nd SSD, no biggie. Just not real obvious on the MOBO documentation. Didn't really want the added maintenance of a water cooled CPU, but there was literally hardly anything out there without them now, will see how long it lasts since I keep computers for years. Will update the PSU when I run into problems, hopefully l8r than sooner. I'm aware it's an undersized PSU, something to keep in mind. I do video editing mostly on this and it has performed admirably with no hitches. Got this for a few $100 less during Cyber Monday, comparing every prebuilt available both online and even locally, this was the absolute best deal, for a way above average desktop which is what 99% of us need I think. They sacrificed on the PSU, but that's acceptable. Buy it for the i7 CPU, the 32G DDR5 RAM, the 4060Ti video card, and the 2TB NVMe SSD. At your convenience, add a 2nd SSD, upgrade the PSU when needed. Very happy with it so far after a couple of months!

My 13 year old gamer son says it's great for Fortnite & Roblox. He also loves the lights & the water cooling system. Very good for the price point.

I purchased the iBUYPOWER – Y40 Gaming Desktop in November and have been using it for about six weeks. My custom-built rig had the ASUS motherboard fail. I needed an immediate replacement computer. The specs were decent, the price was moderate and it was in-stock at my local BestBuy. This computer has a lot to offer and overall performs great. The RGB is cool on the 3 fans, water cooler and the RAM. The video card doesn’t have any lights which was a bummer and takes away from the whole look by leaving the bottom left corner in the case dark. The NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4060 Ti 16GB performs well. The graphics are awesome, very crisp and clean! The colors are vibrant. I was definitely missing out with my previous GPU. 32GB of DDR5 RAM is plenty of RAM for processing and online gaming, I generally play BF2042 and it performs. The 2TB NVMe SSD hard drive is spacious and FAST! Bootup time is about 4-5 seconds. The intel i7 processor performs with ease and is well paired to the computer. It has Wi-Fi but I still use a network cable, having wireless can be useful when wiring isn’t an option. Setup was easy, but install the UEFI/BIOS and Windows updates right away. You will save yourself the headache of random shutdowns. The packaging was heavy duty, the box was sturdy with nice design. There were some things I didn’t particularly care for though. I found the keyboard to be cheap and plasticky and the keys didn’t offer much action. The mouse was an uncomfortable fit to my hand and the mouse click has a cheap feel to it. It performs as a mouse should though. The GPU does not have any RGB as mentioned earlier. The fans are so loud and hum terrible. Changing the fans to silent in the UEFI/BIOS didn’t help so I took the unit off of the desk and put on the floor. The power button and front USB ports are on the bottom of the case, which is now on the floor and annoying to reach. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and won’t be repairing/upgrading my previous gaming rig.

This is my first pc and im very happy i bought it. Its fast, it has multiple displays so i can hook up two monitors, the graphics card is powerful and runs all my games amazingly. I reccomend others get it if they want a great gaming pc, it also is affordable at its price and it often has deals to save you money!

So far the pc has been a dream! Learning all about it is harder then expected as I would have built one, but when I bought this pc it was on sale for quite a steal. Now as for the spec you would be hard pressed to find something better, the ram is great, storage is ideal, the core is amazing for what I need it for, the gpu is the part that was hard to beat, the 4060 series is been quite the joke but the 4060ti with 16gb fixes it all and with the deal it was on it was like buying the 4060 normally which normally only has 6gb on the you to work with. That of which is horrible cause it eats into your normal ram and effect a lot of your computer. Overall I am quite happy and the addition of a liquid cooler for your cpu makes the pc perfect. So set aside your pride and buy away and enjoy a wonderful pc. One thing to note is the power tho I would recommend to upgrade the power supply in a year or so 650w is kinda weak for what it works with. And watch your ram and gpu especially since it’s versatile suspended.

I just recently purchased this desktop and so far, I am impressed. I did have an issue with Windows 11 when I did all of the updates and had to do a "clean" install of Windows 11 and now it works perfectly. I am getting great performance on the games I have installed so far and although I have only had it a few days I am very happy with my purchase. The only really complaint I would have that it is a little loud with all of the fans this thing has.

I was a little skeptical when looking at this pc on Best Buy, but I'm glad I made the right choice to make this NY first gaming pc because this thing is a beast with a wonderful design.It came with a good processor, motherboard , graphics card and its not only fan called but also liquid cooled. I only had this for a few hours, and I'm so pleased with this.not only that it even came with a keyboard and mouse.

Very nice upgrade from my previous gaming PC, one also from iBuyPower as well. I've had no real issues with the IBuyPower PC brand and the minor one (windows key missing) was quickly resolved by their customer service. The overall setup works well. The processor is able to multitask the way I want it too; I am able to play my games and watch/stream video on the side with no problems at all. The 16BG RTX 4060Ti really performs well in graphics processing and easily makes nearly all my games I play on ultra settings. The 32GB DDR5 RAM is also a huge help with multitasking as well. And the 2TB SSD drive just makes the PC run/load/boot up extremely fast. The RGB look was one of the main reasons that attracted me, and I have to say that it looks awesome in person. The matching RGB keyboard and mouse really go great with the PC. Overall, if you're searching for a great mid-to-high range pc to play triple AAA title games at good and consistent rate at very high to ultra settings; give this PC a try.

At the price that I purchased this gaming desktop at Best Buy, it is every bit worth the money. I can play nearly every single game on max settings such as Modern Warfare 3, Halo Infinite, Final Fantasy XIV, Resident Evil 4 Remake, and the list goes on, all while running at 120-144 frames per second. It is as easy as taking out the packaging from the tower and plugging all the cables, and you're ready to start playing! Just make sure you download the GeForce experience app, as well as make the calibrations in the settings to optimize your experience, but other than that, it's been straightforward gaming since I purchased and could not be happier ^_^
