absolute power house i love this pic i named it the beast

Is a 5 year olds 1st PC for playing BeamNG, Teardown, and Minecraft. Dad also plays StreetFighter II thru VI at high settings. No HW failures 1 month in, so...good.

Had to upgrade the psu but haven’t had a problems since! good pc if on sale.

So, I have bought 2 of these. My first one kept randomly freezing. It would just freeze on a frame, then proceed to keep that frame on screen till I turned the PC off. The entire computer is locked up during this. I had tried everything in my power to figure out the issue. I looked thru event viewer, nothing. I reinstalled windows, didn't fix it. I then tried installing AtlasOS (its basically just a stripped down version of windows), and THAT didnt work. I simply just exchanged it. Now, you might be thinking. "Maybe it was just a fluke"... Well Oh boy. The second one I received got the same issue within 48 hours. Now, I am mad at this point. I went and checked the reviews on this PC and sure enough... others have gotten this issue. Some people claim that they have fixed it by lowering the ram speed to 4800mhz. Well, it made my situation every so slightly better. This time I got a BSOD saying "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION". Looking this error up points directly to driver issues. iBuyPower, If you are going to release a product, have the proper support to actually address the issues of customers. Clearly others are having this problem and it isn't "Just a me thing". Never buying another "IBuyBad" every again

I bought this pc about a week ago and arrived yesterday, i noticed that the Aoi water cooler wasn't working, neither the fans/pump. I really don't know much about building a pc, so i don't know if its a easy fix, like cables messing around, or a factory problem, id like to get it fixed or some guidance, I am not a expert to try to fix at my own. The performance about it is amazing, really good pc in that aspect, my only complain is about the Aoi water cooler system not working at all. If i get my problem resolved ill update and give a good review

Nothing right out of the box should require troubleshooting. Thats all I have done for the last week. Upon researching my problems with this model, I found many others have varying issues as well. I would not recommend buying an IBP pc, their first response to anything is reinstall windows. My issue does not even generate error logs or blue screens, it just freezes. Worst 1800 dollars ive spent in a decade.

Bought it on 23rd Nov. From day 1, it was crashing, freezing and BSOD. Then it got more frequent. I gave it back to bestbuy and they said they fixed it but after brining home it was the same issue. Then someone told me to that the RAM speed is too much in respect to my mobo. So I put it to 4800 MHz and it was okay for few days. Then it started crushing again. Eventually I had to returned it. Sad that they ibuypower is making things like that.

After 8 months of use, it started to randomly shut down (completely lose power), even if just checking email. It also started freezing, and upon restarting, the peripherals would not work. Found a broken part inside BestBuy wouldn't honor the warranty, they send you to iBuyPower directly, wasted my time asking me to make an appointment at their store
