I jusy boough my PC spent over $2k to receive a damaged pc..... This was very upsetting they packaged everything together which will break small clips in the graphics card. Very disappointed

I’ve had nothing but problems with this pc the first one I bought would not recognize the nvme drive at all the second pc has a bad aio cooler and it constantly freezes and blue screens, also it has been getting foggy on the glass.

An absolute powerhouse of a machine. This might be one of the best pre-builts on the market, especially one that you can purchase at a local store and bring home the same day. Out of the box, it is ready to play pretty much any high-end game from 2024 and earlier. Maybe not everything maxed out, but you will get some fantastic milage out of it. Expansion wise, the motherboard features plenty of additional M.2 slots should you want to expand the storage (considering it only comes with 1TB, you likely will want to at some point, given the size of large games these days), and there's extra RAM slots as well if you'd like to bump this up to 64GB at the very least. The 4070 12GB is powerful enough. Sure there's higher end cards on the market, but this is already quite powerful and a great bang for the buck. The changes I saw going from a much older machine trying to run games like Cities Skylines 2 once picking up this machine were night and day. Anything else I've thrown at it I've had very little worry about, even if I had to bump things down from Ultra to High. Not the worst problem to have in the world. Design wise, the case is glorious. The vertical mount for the GPU and two panels of glass really makes you want to have this PC on display on your desk. My friends have spoken about how nice it looks. Only ran into one issue with the computer, which was upon purchasing it I had some issues with Windows activating. A bit of research online and I got it resolved. Nothing crazy or major. Highly recommend! This'll be a great purchase for anyone looking for a solid gaming PC in 2024 that has the legs to be expanded over the next 3-5++ years.

I bought the Y40 Gaming Desktop about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with it! It was packed well very and easy to set up. The components are top notch and this thing 'screams', especially considering the price-point. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the mouse, which I replaced right away. I comes with a wired mouse that was uncomfortable in my big hands, so I replaced it with a wireless mouse. A minor quibble and not the company's fault I have big 'beefy' hands! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a pre-built system.

I bought this after my gaming laptop from a couple of years ago started to struggle. When I initially got it I took a while to realize there were some drivers out of date causing the screen to freeze but I quickly figured out how to fix it. The only issue that I still don't know how to fix is the second HDMI port not connecting to anything however that hasn't been much of a problem considering I don't have much need for a second monitor at the moment. Overall it runs very well, the graphics look great and it can handle all of the games my gaming laptop struggled to without any issues, even with the graphics settings pushed all the way to max.

I was a little skeptical when looking at this pc on Best Buy, but I'm glad I made the right choice to make this NY first gaming pc because this thing is a beast with a wonderful design.It came with a good processor, motherboard , graphics card and its not only fan called but also liquid cooled. I only had this for a few hours, and I'm so pleased with this.not only that it even came with a keyboard and mouse.

Great value!!!!! We built a very similar desktop last year for a LOT more!!! Same specs!!! Thank you Best Buy team, it is amazing to actually us a computer that can keep up with the game! Just wish it came with more ports... but that can be upgraded later.

Bought this computer last week to upgrade a dying laptop from seven years ago. We needed this to support my wife's photography business. She has to edit several thousand photos a year and the laptop just wasn't cutting it anymore. Complaints 1) The package foam got caught underneath the graphics card and almost caused me to break it. 2) In order to install 2 m.2 drives I had from my last computer, I had to dismount the GPU in from the brackets to remove it from the motherboard and had to fight around the ribbon cables (that are stiff) that did not come off after I unscrewed it its mounting. 3) I would recommend buying a better power supply to eventually replace the paltry 700w one it comes with. So far, I've had no issues of my computer shutting down but I bought a $190 1000w one that I plan to use for the next decade that I will install soon. I guess its a good thing that about half of the RBG lights, and GPU, came unplugged during transit. Praises 1) Coming from a 1660ti and i7-9700k, this computer is an absolute monster. It handles anything I throw at it with ease. I would say that there is no lag for any game when gaming on a 1080p FULL HD monitor. I have truly been missing out the last 4.5 years with having to turn down the graphics on my favorite games to get that sweet 144 fps for my monitor to take advantage of it. NO LONGER WILL I MISS OUT. 2) While throwing everything at it, the thermals are great. The reason I bought a new computer was my last ibuypower had its AIO cooler go bust. I had it for about 4.5 years so instead of shelling out 150-200 for a good AIO cooler, I might as well upgrade to a way better CPU and GPU. Next time, however, when it goes bust, I will replace it as a 4070 is a way better card. Conclusion I have always bought prebuilts because I never had any interest in building computers but ever bit of interest in playing games to the max. Despite the minor complaints listed above, I did learn a fair bit of how they're built and how to do regular maintenance on them such as reapplying thermal paste to my last computer's CPU and how to mount/dismount the GPU from its brackets on this one. Overall, I highly recommend this PC to anyone looking to crush Full HD gaming. You will not be disappointed with this machine.

Picked up this rig on Cyber Monday from Black Friday. I initially had my heart set on something from Alienware or HP, but after doing a ton of research, found this setup to be the absolute best bang for my hard-earned buck. $1500 for 32GB on RAM and an RTX 4070 is a steal. Case is beautiful and the computer itself is running like a top. Highly recommend!

Purchased this PC at an exceptional value for Cyber Monday and after almost two months of use, I am mostly satisfied with the product. As advertised, it is indeed great for multitasking and runs games flawlessly for the most part. However, I have faced the persistent issue of the computer freezing and randomly crashing here and there; this can occur more often than not, which can be a huge inconvenience. Updating the drivers helps and refreshing the BIOS did as well, but they do not permanently resolve the problem and only serve to prolong when these instances occur. The crashing and freezing will occur unexpectedly as I have verified that these issues are not exclusive to specific scenarios, like running a game at high settings for example. It's happened even when I'm just doing my homework or writing up a document. Also, I've experienced problems where my mouse and keyboard that came with the PC do not work properly forcing me to have to either reconnect them to fix it or outright restart my PC to solve the problem. I would still, nonetheless, recommend this gaming desktop for a first PC. While there are some potential flaws that weigh it down from being perfect, it still serves as a great starter build to make upgrades later down the line and it does work exactly as intended when none of these issues are present.
