Have had for about a year and I absolutely love it. Runs everything great. Stays a cool temperature and is probably one of the best deals when it comes to gaming computers.

I've been browsing for a Gaming PC for my youngest son since last year. I've learned a lot during the process. I ended up with a few finalists and my decision was between Ibuypower and Alienware. I found Ibuypower website very helpful and the products are amazing. I read reviews and I ended up buying a very nice and powerful Y40 IBP i7th 13th gen, GEForce RTX 4070, 32GB memory, 1TB SSD. Because I have a long customer relationship with Best Buy I purchased the product there. They had it a few days before the date I got and I was very happy. I purchased as store pick up. The process was a breeze and Best Buy service is always top notch. I'm very happy with the purchase and I strongly recommend Ibuypower and Best Buy as the place to buy any Ibuypower product.

The computer is everything I've been wanting, it's extremely powerful, I'm able to run any game I want on max graphics and running them smoothly, and it's at a pretty good price point compared to other computers.

Got a Y40 during Black Friday sale and couldn't be happier with it. It was easy to set up and works flawlessly with my peripherals. Excellent prebuilt desktop unit, and got way more for the price than anything else I could find.

We bought this for about 1600-1700 a year and a half ago now. She runs beautifully; I livestream while gaming, i enjoy watching shows and movies, plus I do a lot of stuff online in general. This computer handles everything I try with it, including the new Cyberpunk and Battlefield games with ease and high graphics. I can remove the side panel or top of the tower to let additional airflow through if it starts heating up.

When I was a bachelor, I was all about building my own mid-level gaming PCs. After I married my wife and two daughters, funds were distributed to what was more important. I started getting back into gaming when my wife's job allowed her to work from home. But the old rig we had was not setup to run a triple setup like my wife needed. With all the price hikes it was definitely cheaper to buy pre-built. This rig was definitely hitting everything we both needed. For gaming and work. Our girls even love being able to play roblox and have youtube going on one of the other screens. They for sure became spoiled and won't go back. The only con i have is the storage. But it was a good trade to get the GPU i wanted especially at the great price point. Plus installing another ssd, going with a samsung 990 pro 2tb m.2, is going to be super easy. So not anything to whine about. Overall, we love it! Great graphics! Amazing all around rig!

Please read the next paragraph regarding the major issue. For the price, I don't think it can be beat. I added another SSD for more storage given how large games are. No issues with overheating whatsoever. No performance with most games these days. Major issue - the freezing/crashing of Windows 11. I couldn't leave the computer on with screensaver on or it would freeze. Nothing to do with games/software. What worked - Restarting into BIOS and changing the RAM configuration to Auto. I also went ahead and upgraded the BIOS, too. Not had any freezing issues. It's frustrating that I didn't find out about this sooner.

This PC runs great, for the price and the value, in comparison, one could say this PC was a steal. I mean, it’s only $2000 and yet, I can run every game both brand new and old, at maximum settings. Usually to get a good deal like this, you gotta spend $3500+, but Best Buy managed to win my heart over. The only downside to this PC is, that it only has 2 normal, everyday sized USB ports, that normal people use for flash drives and chargers. The others are way too small, which means I can only have a mouse and keyboard connected, but not a webcam, or a speaker for streaming , or a flash drive to transfer files and other things the easy way. I managed to make it work, but just barely. This is literally the only downside, and I may look in to taking it back, and switching it out with another, but we’ll see. Other than there only being 2 normal sized USB ports, everything else works great. Thank you

Awesome pre-built pc so far. Not a huge fan of the case since my current setup requires my tower to be on the left so the glass side is pretty much pointless, but the price is worth it for this pc. Glad at least 1 BB in my area had it, availability sucks, but if you're not in a hurry and can wait to order, do it, don't get the cheaper version with 16gigs of RAM.

Runs very well. Quick startup with excellent frames. Haven’t had many issues with the computer aside from random freezing that makes me do a force-shutdown. I believe I managed to fix this issue by disabling hyper-threading within the BIOS, thankfully. Otherwise wonderful computer!

I have never run into a problem gaming on ultra settings, ive played valorant on all high settings, elden ring is beautiful on it. It feels super smooth and its easy to take the glass off and clean the inside of the pc, overall i think its perfect for someone who is not looking to build a pc but still wants it to run demanding games.

I’ve had this pc for just almost a month now with no issues. I opted to go for prebuilt rather than build another pc as my old one was becoming outdated. This pc works great and runs games like Cyberpunk 2077, Baldurs Gate 3, etc on max settings with high FPS. on my 2k monitor. The graphics card is a PNY which is a company owned by Nvidia. It works well like any other graphics card. Overall i’d recommend this pc to anyone looking for a decently powerful prebuilt for casual gaming.

Minor config things but performance is really good right out the box. VR runs 120 fps capped on Quest 3 pcvr. The Finals was lagging my laptop so I upgraded to this. The finals is way more fun with this GPU and setup. Attach to a Rog Rapture router.

Easy ordering, quick pick up, and dummy proof set up. Finally replacing by 2016 PC with this beautiful tank. Will spend plenty of years with this one. Even the cats get to benefit the new addition.

I just LOVE my new PC. I have bought gaming systems before, but I am so impressed with the performance of this system for the price! I have even given her a name :) I use my PC for gaming; sometimes running multiple mmorpg's instances at one time. I also use it a lot for media creation. I never have speed, heat or clocking issues. And customer service of Best Buy and iBUYPOWER is excellent. I paired it with a 43" 4k from Best Buy that works perfect for a monitor. I do not think I will every go with a different brand. My next purchase will be an iBUYPOWER gaming laptop. I like to take my gaming with me, so I am really looking forward to it!

After being pressed for a pc and not being able to build mine, I came across this prebuild on pre black Friday sale, and I can happily say this pc is pretty good. The pc is impeccable. Setup? a breeze even for beginners. Even the keyboard and mouse are pretty good. I strongly prefer the keyboard because it feels like it was made for my hands, and it has a nice weight to it. This was way cheaper than the prebuild I was close to buying from a major company for the exact same specs.

Love the PC. Run everything fine and super quiet. So far i think it's a good gaming PC. I'm glad i only paid $1600 plus tax. Can i build myself a better PC? Yes but for the price of this prebuilt i think i'm a happy customer and glad i bought it. If i need to spend $$$ to build my own then i can always wait for the next few years. But for now this PC is more than capable of running all the things i do.
