The computer broke, the receipt and the best bay site say that the computer has a 1 year warranty on parts and labor but when I visited the store they told me that I must pay a membership to be able to fix it, how is it possible that they sell such an expensive electronic device? and they tell you that it has no warranty.

The pc functions well however within a few months fans started going out or becoming noisy due to the bearings giving out. The thermal paste was not correctly applied so the cpu was running hot. I’d recommend going with a different brand they wouldn’t Even honor their own manufacturer warranty.

I would have never purchased this had I known microsoft would be constantly running in the background & can not be removed as the search with bing constantly running. Totally interfears with any gaming or work processing! Worst idea iBuyPower has had for a gaming pc!
