Just bought my PC yesterday and it has been super smooth so far! It has a beautiful look, and the internal cable management and lighting installation looks clean and amazing. Fans are noticeably loud but sound like a gentle hum and it has been staying extremely cool. I also love that it came with extra screws and parts just in case I need to change or replace anything!

This computer was purchased for my high school student. We wanted something powerful enough to enjoy her gaming but also powerful enough for use in college. Having high enough specs was important in the event she chooses a field such as engineering. She wanted a computer that was easily customizable and upgradable. This computer fit the criteria for both. While it doesn’t have the portability of a laptop, it’s quite impressive for a desktop. Aesthetically, it’s quite fun and would be in line with what you expect for a gaming computer. Having a clear case allows for seeing the internal components. Different parts of the computer light up with fun bright colors. It has taken a bit to get the antennas set properly for solid connectivity. The graphics and sound are impressive. Overall, she is pleased with her purchase.

Great specs for a prebuild! I do all my work on Adobe Creative cloud video editing/graphic design and this handles all renders easily i7 13gen, 3070 gpu, and 32 ram all is in same price range as if I built it myself!

Im happy with the computer tower overall. My one complaint is that once we initially started it up, there was a loud rattling. It took us a few hours to figure out that it qas a fan on the underside of the tower hitting the cover and how to stop the fan from doing that. Currently, we have gotten the sound to stop, but I am nervous it will hapen again. This is frustrating because of the price point of this unit. I would expect now issues. Aside from this problem, we are happy. Fast start up, quiet fan cooling, in my opinion, cool colors and moat importantly, my son is gaming without any skipping, slow downloads or other issues.

Great computer, easy direction, well packaged. Take your time on setup, figuring out how to change the lights took a bit, a lot of choices to for colors and patterns btwn ram and fams. Paired it with the ultra gear monitor as recommended by the service at best buy. No complaints so far. Played call of duty, fortnite, and other games. Kids play whatever without issue.

I love this computer, it does everything i want it to do, runs everything good.

I'm not a gamer, but i bought this system for photo and video editing with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. So far it has been awesome. Everything loads quickly. I can have both of those heavy programs open at the same time along with browsers and Spotify and all works well. Large raw images are no problem. I did add a second 2tb nvme hard drive. I like putting programs on the C drive and files, photos and videos on the D drive.

It is a good PC if your wanting to buy a higher end one, have no problems opening up applications and getting on the internet. The only issue I had was upgrading the power supply, because all the cords are in the power supply itself. Other than that its a great buy for the money.

I’ve been dabbling in PC gaming for a good few years (I’m usually a console gamer). Within the last year or two, my old gaming laptop just wasn’t cutting it for my PC exclusive gaming needs, it was definitely time for an upgrade. After looking over all the specs for the PC, I took a leap of faith and purchased it. Oh how my faith was rewarded! The power and capability behind this PC is absolutely phenomenal! It’s setup was extremely easy, it was very thoroughly and safely packaged, cable management internally is outstanding, and it’s setup in a way that makes upgrading or swapping internal parts of choice seamless. If you’re on the fence about getting a quality gaming PC, wonder no more! This is definitely it!

Excellent product. Came with everything I needed. Works amazing. Started right up the very first time I turned it on. I'm pleased as I've tried it on 240hz 1080p, 165hz 1440p, and 144hz 1440p. All games have ran FLAWLESS. Great product.

Really great pc, With the Ryzen R1600 (dual-core, 2.6 GHz clock speed, 3.6 GHz boost), the NAS manufacturer is using an AMD processor for the first time in this series and is turning away from Intel CPUs. In the basic configuration, the CPU is joined by two GB of RAM (DDR4 ECC SODIMM) – a RAM configuration that reaches its limits as soon as the possibilities of the NAS system are exhausted. However, the RAM can be easily expanded. The Synology model is designed for a maximum of up to 32GB in total via two slots. The two 1GbE LAN ports are located on the rear of the housing. In addition, there is an eSATA port here – that is a rarity by now. In this case, it is intended for a NAS expansion enclosure. The only USB 3.2 Gen1 port is found on the front of the case.

Really good pre built PC and easy to set up, though I do reccomend switching out the ram sticks as the brand that came with the PC aren't known to be reliable. The PC is quite future proof and expansion on upgraded, though only have two Nvme slots and one SSD slot (it's on the back of the tower). The key board it came with is really can't say much about the mouse, it feels too small for me.

Very easy to setup and allowed me to install linux. A little bit of research and I was able to fully use the graphics card (key was using the HDMI port on the monitors)

Easy setup. Use it only to run Microsoft Flight simulator. It has performed as expected. Price to performance ratio has been has been fine.

Bought my first tower gaming PC. I have been using it for months now and it works great. Very convenient and affordable for someone like me who doesn't have the time/desire to build their own custom PC. I decided to upgrade from my Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop because a game I really wanted to play was just not performing well at all. Immediately I noticed the graphics on this PC are better than on my Xbox Series or PS5. It runs incredibly quick and smooth whether gaming, streaming, or just browsing the internet. Will definitely purchase from again.
