Video card was just laying inside the computer broke. When I returned it to the store wanted to buy a computer that day because I had to wait 2 weeks on the one I just bought but no Best Buy near me had the same computer or one more expensive so I had to go somewhere else. Other than the fact that they gave me my money back the experience was not a good one. But they didn’t give me the money back on the external protection that I bought for a computer that I don’t have

This computer is great when it runs. Unfortunately it has an issue when it starts up from a complete shutdown the computer will eventually start to lag and freeze. Switching between programs becomes very sluggish and the audio starts to cut out. This happens even if I’m not connected to the internet. I restart the computer and then it is fine. The manufacturer wants me to send it in to be diagnosed but advised it could take 2-6 weeks depending on the repair centers workload.

third attempt at buying an IbuyPower prebuilt returned within two days could not get the computer to run the game correctly seemed it was a graphics card issue

So I got this PC like any other person who was curious on getting a High End PC for streaming and gaming, however let me tell, this PC is the only one to prove the bad reviews correct. 4 Months into using the PC, it blows a fuse out of nowhere and doesn't work anymore. No dust build up and no damaging out the package. If you're considering getting this PC, I'd advise you from 1 content creator/gamer to another DO NOT ORDER THIS PC ITS CHEAP AND WILL GO OUT EASILY

Im on my 5th return in 2 weeks. Best buy has been great. So wish i would have just built my own

After having the PC for only a few days, the all-in-one coolant system failed and the CPU reached insane temps (120 degrees C). The Best Buy Total membership saved us big time, we checked in the PC to the Geek squad twice and eventually just had to give up on the system and get a custom build. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this pre build!

This PC setup doesn't work properly. Constantly freezes when playing games, even older games with limited minimal requirements. Freezes when in the BIOS start up menu. Fans don't work. After some research it is a known issue with 4070ti and ASUS mother boards their neither company will fix and best buy still sells it. Returning.

This was the second y60 the first was damage when it arrived. the second one the vido card died with in two to three weeks. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

Great performance can run any game with ease and very fast only getting slightly noisy

Purchased the Y60 AMD RYZEN 9 and it does not disappoint! This rig will handle heavy games with ease! Aside from the amazing specs, I love the fish tank look which is most of the reason why I went with this PC!

I bought a PC from them in the 'HYTE' Y-60 case. As of right now, the PC runs amazingly and looks fantastic! The shipping was also timely. So why the lower review score? Three primary reasons: 1. The box came quite damaged. Although the PC turned out to be fine, the damage was significant enough that it created a considerable dent to the Styrofoam within the box. As such, I feel it's very possible for a case to come with a nick or dent. 2. Unmentioned incompatibility between OS and latest drivers. You'll have to forgive me because I'm failing to remember the exact name of the driver that was incompatible, but initially something wasn't working because I'd downloaded the set of 'newest drivers' from the on-board one stop shop for AMD software. Apparently one of these drivers was incompatible with Windows 11, and I struggled to fix it until one day it fixed itself. Now, just for context, it didn't cause any notable failures with the computer during the time in which it was there, but in device manager it was highlighted as having the issue with compatibility. 3. Finally, the graphics card for the case and model I purchased didn't work initially. I triple-checked all the connections, and troubleshot as best as able, but eventually had to take it in to BestBuy to ask for help. The guy eventually realized that it was a result of the case. The Hyte y60 comes with an insert which allows you to connect the graphics card to the board from a longer distance, but it had been installed incorrectly so the graphics card wasn't actually connected. It wasn't a hard fix, but if I hadn't had a best buy membership it would've cost me valuable money to fix, as it was pretty much impossible to notice unless you knew how ibuypower builds this specific model.

I first placed my order on Black Friday. I have since had to return this PC two times and am now on my third. As of now, everything seems to be working as expected with exceptional performance both for work (mainly video editing & graphic work) and gaming. I’ll also add that temps were never an issue so I don’t believe it had anything to do with the cooling. The reason for the 3-stars is simply because the first 2 PC’s were defective. After hours of troubleshooting, my best guess is they both suffered from defective PSU’s. For the first two PC’s, I would experience random reboots, freezes, and failure to boots. This would happen when the computer was in idle and would rarely happen when under any above average load. I tried to troubleshoot in every possible way. From reinstalling drivers to re-seating components, nothing seemed to fix the issue. I would consistently get the “Power Kernel 41” error, which just means that the computer shutoff unexpectedly. After some research on IBP, it’s said that they have been known to use cheaper quality brands for particular parts - especially the Power Supply. As someone whose job is 90% on the computer, this was extremely stressful and really disappointing for a near $2,000 computer. (Black Friday was $400 off) At the time of writing, my 3rd computer is working flawlessly. After nearly 2 weeks , I have yet to have any random shutoffs or critical errors. It handles 4k video editing / rendering with ease as well 1440 gaming on high settings. Fingers crossed that I continue to have no issues because if I do, I will 100% go with another brand of prebuilt computers. * If my first PC worked like my current, this would be a 5-Star rating. I will still recommend this computer but BE SURE to take advantage of the return policy if you have ANY issues from the start **

Great computer. Instructions were not easy to follow. Instructions were not for my configuration. Very fast and easy to use

Just got it all set up and I'm very excited that it's running as expected.

got here faster than anticipated so far so good runs like a charm.
