This is my second ibp. Originally purchased 3 weeks ago, but it had a motherboard problem that was causing it to take 3 minutes to start the boot sequence. Geek squad ordered me a new one after diagnosing it. Hope this next one is gtg. Sutract one star for bad quality control

This PC was just as expected nothing short of amazing and good quality. A thing I feel many people overlook is awesome packaging and this bos was awesome. Very much reccomend.

Lighting didnt work until i moved a few wires around in the correct slots. Been running really loud but overall a decent pre build for the price.

The power supply went out after a month of use. iBUYPOWER offered to send the part, which would take 5-7 days to arrive. I offered to go to Best Buy to purchase a power supply and have them install it (first time PC buyer here). They declined and will not reimburse the $228 I spent out of pocket for the new power supply and installation. A new PC build shouldn't have failing components after a month. It is under warranty, so if anything else fails over the next 11 months I'll be sending it back. You're better off buying locally where they guarantee their parts and would repair it same-day for you if something fails. The least the company could do is reimburse for their faulty equipment to make a customer happy with their purchase.

Ran great until a window 11 update completely bricked it. Ended up just upgrading the motherboard, ram, and NVME with a fresh install of windows and it has run fine since

Computer is working fine and has delighted our grandson. He is a gamer and is proud of the computer. A four on ease of use just to get it hooked up. We are inexperienced with desk tops so a learning curve for us.

Funny enough I found this PC else where that much more expensive thankfully I checked on here for deals and was surprised to find a better deal.

Great computer!!! Just make sure when you get it all cables are connected right some where not connected all the way.

Constantly freezes and then blacks out for a second. I have lost a few things that I have written before being able to post them as it tends to switch browsers or refresh pages. If it happens while a game is opening...Crash! When the games get going it runs them pretty well and most of the auto set graphics will select very high or high.
