This is the worst computer ever sent back to manufacture 2 times and they just reset the bios and set back soind messes up freezes uo fan go crazy i will never get another with this name on it not best buys fault for ibuy power being so bad first time sent to the company they said processor and board was going bad but they reset bios and sent back 2nd time i told them again what was going on and said please call with update on it 2 weeks later got it back with bios reset again no call from them and same problem stay away from this company

I had encountered a few problems and they had helped me solve them and they had great service and customer service and care

The pc works but two of the fans turn on but did not moved at all.

The picture is a fully upgraded computer while the one your purchasing looks diffrent the motherboard is ugly with the ine you get, it shows fans on top there were none the graphics card is diffrent the ram was different i basically paid someone to halfbutt put a computer together and i had to finish it. i got mine the motherboard was unplugged the screw that holds the glass was gone the fans were unplugged plugs were wrapped and tucked away that needed plugged in for video and audio the usbs on the front dont work computer was put together buy amateurs maybe i got it worse then others but id recommend buying from anywhere else tbh. Also best buy was no help told me to contact ibuypower and they did a good job of telling me to F myself.

Ive been using this computer for 2 months, right out of the box I have had issues with it. Computer blue screens non stop, had to contact IBUYPOWER since BestBuys wonderful return policy is only 13 days. Manufacturer determined it to be faulty gpu which i had to pay a deposit to have a new 1 shipped, installed new gpu only to still have blue screen and crashing issues. Still currently going back and forth with IBUYPOWER as they are saying sending the computer in to be worked on could take potentially 2 months. Obviously not impressed so far but will update review after seeing how it plays out

It was very good for like 2 days, then the RGB stopped, then the pc froze on the loading screen. I believe I got a faulty Product, because I’ve seen many other people have it and it works just fine.

I may gog defective item but my gosh no matter what i do even if its watching youtube video the fan is so loud
