I give it one star because it was missing the two fans on the top, the graphics card should also have 3 fans and this one only has two. On the other hand, it freezes very often and I am disappointed because that is not what is really in place.

This pc forcibly restarts or just flat out freezes every 1-4 hours. This happens when browsing the internet, or gaming. It also freezes FAST if I use my second monitor at all. So, what I thought was an upgrade from my last PC, has turned into wasting 1400 dollars, since I was dumb enough to throw the box away, thinking I could trust this brand. DO NOT BUY.

Pc works great but the free stuff was canceled and the employee made the mistake and bestbuy would not fix it

Lacks power on high demanding games but overall decent for gaming

This PC is so loud and it’s so slow. It’s been taken Fortnite over seven hours just to download and I am at 33% only. I’m going to trade this PC for another one because Best Buy does not have good PCs. if you want a decent PC prebuilt go to Amazon or some website but not best buy

You could be in the middle of editing, gaming, zoom meeting and BAM! SHUTS OFF.. out of nowhere. Called customer service, they wanted me to bring it in and they wanna take a look and see what's the problem. If I'm spending $1600 for a brand new PC I don't want to be fixing it right away. Returned it and now I'm searching into something more reliable.

This PC comes with the wrong specs enabled in bios and multiple connections. The Bios are difficult navigation.

Most games I try to run always crash’s and won’t work,I have tried everything and still won’t work. Don’t recommend

Overall was horrible recieved the package with a thin bubble wrap and the verticle mount was completely damaged, windows was not properly installed, and the case had major damage and would not has pannles close all the way. Keep in mind i spend the extra money for "excellent" condition. returned it the next day

Git it only a few weeks ago and my son is already facing issues with it. It takes too long yo turn one and is very slow.

This PC came with a GPU that was already damaged. And I now need to go through the difficult and tedious process of replacing it with Best Buy.

Brought this pc February 22,2024 and on April 10, 2024, the hard drive (SSD) stop working. Would recommend you look more into the system before you buy it.

Freezes after updates didnt work after first 30 days

I bought this thing a day ago and its terrible, Best Buy definitely contracted some 3rd party pc building company to build a total scam. I bought a warranty with this thing so hopefully they honor it with something better. They promised me good pc vr game play but so far i cant even play the game i bought this for in the first place.

Garbage...don't waste your money...never worked right wven when the geek squad supposedly fixed it. I won't buy anything fron these clowns again. Don't waste your money or time.

Started crashing a week after i received it. Multiple times a day, look up how many other people have had this issue and its quite a few. Cant believe i have to return a 1300 dollars for something that doesnt work after only a week of purchase

I bought my Y40 on july 4th, waited until now to make a review so I could provide an honest and thorough review. Hands down, the best bang for yout buck on the market. The hardware inclided for the price is unmatched. Aside from the expected microsoft updates upon startup, I had zero issues out of the box. Great build quality, AIO included, appealing case, clean cable management, vertical mounted GPU, i couldnt find anything better for the price. I didnt know it came woth a mouse and keyboard. The mouse is not my favorite, but that was expected, im picky. The keyboard was beyond my expectations of an included keyboard. Very sturdy and solid construction, nice key feel and absolutely exceeded what i expected to pull out of the box. 5 stars. For my first prebuilt PC I am beyond satisfied and will buy another IBP without second thought when its time to upgrade.

I bought this as my main gaming PC and its amazing. runs smooth and not only that but has amazing venting in the hardware setup. Totally worth the money and totally worth the hype!

The shipping only took two days! The specs make this a mid-to-high end gaming PC worth the value. It's quite pricey but that's to be expected out of buying a prebuilt PC. The biggest surprise was going into the BIOS to adjust RAM speeds and noticing that it was already set to the advertised speed. I've noticed in many other prebuilds that they almost always are set lower and I'd have to manually change it. I recommend this!

Insanely good pc, runs quickly, boots well, and I ABSOLUTELY love the case of the pc.
