Right out of the Box it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Nothing in the case was properly seated leaving me with freezes to hard crashes and the constant occurrences of Blue Screening, so i needed to unscrew the panels and reseat everything myself once i did that. It still kept jumbling the graphics on my screen, freezes to crashes, and blue screening. Up until tonight the computer has finally bit the dust with the motherboard finally giving in to me trying to factory reset to see if that could fix my problems and hope to have a finally working PC.

I love the hard working friendly faces I’ve seen there employees take the time to explain every little detail until he felt like the labtop would be a good fit for his granddaughter in school it’s always nice being able to get the parts I need then and there I don’t know what I would do working at home with out them

Awesome computer does everything i need an more, the only reason i gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is due to the reason you have no control over the graphics card fans you have to download a program in order to adjust/ run fans, but other than that the computer exactly what i wanted.

I have a question regarding the PC RGB lights, I have no idea how you change the colors and I was wondering if you could reply to this and tell me how

The coordination with BestBuy sales team was excellent. Not impressed with the actual product. Went through 3 returns issues prior to receiving the final product worth installing.

I love it and it is very powerfull honestly if your looking for the perfect pc buy this one

I bought this pc, and my video card only came with 2 fans! Why?

Brought this pc when i go home first i test if it work, or no but the 4060ti graphic card was not plug in the power one is but the other 2 idk where to plug at, and then the pc power just shut i try many outlet but it dont work and make a sound.

When I first got this pc I was thrilled but soon I found out it was a terrible mistake. It frequently shuts off and gets blue screens and there is nothing I can do to fix it. I read other reviews and they seem to have the same problem. This pc is not worth buying.
