Bought this p.c brand new and absolutely loved it except...... it shuts off randomly constantly closes games out or randomly powers off completely. Oh also the graphics card fans dont spin unless running msi afterburner., also fought a day with it because it said the copy of windows we had was not valid and couldnt identify it.. Random blue screens... ugh i love the looks but the p.c itself is just junk. And now its sold out and not available for purchasing .... i wonder why.

After 4 years with my gaming laptop I finally pulled the trigger on this desktop. The specs are fine for the price, there is room to upgrade this in the future when higher tier parts come down in price. The large case seems like it will be easier to keep cool, thermals are normally the main problem with prebuilds. I've been playing COD, Marvel Rivals, Star Citizen, Dayz at 1080p on high settings with no problems at all. There is a bit of head room still. There is a good amount if IO including 6 USB A and 2 USB C ports, external wifi antenna. GPU has 1 HDMI & 3 DP ports. RGB isn't overwhelming. I'm really happy with my new pc after almost 2 months. I'll update if things change. The only note I have is the unit I received had the fans in a different configuration than the one in the picture, my AIO radiator was mounted on the top. There are 7 fans total (not counting GPU) with only the bottom 2 fans pulling air in, that made my thermals a bit inconsistent. I opened up the case and flipped the 2 fans at the backplate of the case to also work as intake fans, this brought me to 4 intake and 3 exhaust fans. This helped level out my CPU thermals and greatly reduced the fan reving I was seeing. I defiantly recommend checking your fan configuration if your unit was like mine. As a tip, the front of the fan with the label usually pulls air in (The Intake) and the back of the fan with the plastic X shape is the side that pushes out (The Exhaust).

    Best computer to buy

This is hands down one of the best computers I’ve ever owned. It's incredibly powerful, capable of running any game at up to 100 FPS, and it looks stunning. You can fully customize the RGB lighting, from the fans to the cooler and even the RAM. However, the design is quite large, almost like a fish tank, so you'll need a spacious desk to accommodate it. Despite its size, I would 100% recommend this computer!

"Just bought a prebuilt cpu in Best buy for Black Friday, didn’t expect much for the including components but the built actually amazed me, everything was nicely packaged and protected, the colponents were high-end in brands and all worked perfectly. I would highly recommend buying a Ibuypower to anyone who wants to start gaming in Pc or veterans that are on a budget and want a high quality product, very satisfied with my cpu!"

So far I love it. Purchased mainly for video editing. using Wondershslare Filmora. Cut down my processing time exponentially. In addition, I never use my XBOX anymore because of how amazing this computer is. Palworld, The Finals, Fortnite, all run incredibly smooth on EPIC settings. Love the computer. Not as quiet as I expected, but when you have the volume up or headphones on, it doesnt matter.

This is a good value budget PC. It's handled pretty much everything I've thrown at it. I don't play a ton of games, mainly DayZ, Sims, Citites: Skylines, etc.. I've had issues with the bluetooth on this PC, which is why I've rated it 4 stars. I had to take it in to Best Buy for repair within one week of receiving the PC. They fixed the issue, and within a few weeks, the bluetooth wasn't working again. When I took it again, the Best Buy associate suggested buying a bluetooth dongle as opposed to sending the entire PC off for repair. I did so, and it's worked fine since. The bluetooth issue seemed to coincide with windows updates, but I'm not 100% sure this was the issue. I am a little disappointed that I paid $1600 for a PC, then had to buy a $20 part to make it work. Based on that, I honestly don't know if I would recommend the PC to friends. I might, based on the issue being easily fixed with the bluetooth dongle. But this PC shouldn't need that part to work.

I have been using this desktop for quite some time now and I have to say that this thing is amazing. Everything runs so smooth, even when using a higher fps, games feel great. If you're just using it for everyday use as well this is thing is super-fast. Definitely love the amount of storage this comes with, and you can even add more if you'd like. The case is really user friendly and really customizable. I prefer to keep mine stock though as you don't really need to do anything to it. very beautiful build.

This PC is a fantastic value especially in the current PC market, however do not buy this if you are looking for easy setup. When the computer first arrived it wouldn't boot and gave the error lights for no CPU or RAM. I eventually figured out that it needed its bios updated to be able to detect the components. If I wasn't familiar with computers this would've been an instant return for me. I hope if anyone is struggling with this issue they can see this review and at least know what the problem is.

Not a “plug and play” computer

I had a pretty rough issue with this computer for a couple months. Anytime I played any “heavy load” game, think Battelfield 2042, Call Of Duty, Cyberpunk, My monitors would just shut off and I’d have to harrestart my computer. Sometimes I’d only get to play for 10 minutes before it’d go dark. I solved this by undervolting the living daylights out of the graphics card, which took me SOOO long to figure out. Once I did that, this computer does what it should. Included peripherals suck, but the keyboard is good in an emergency.
