I recentky bought this pc with the 4060ti and i got to tell you it’s actually really good for the price. I was playing fortnite with a constant 120 fps and thats only because thats max for my monitor. This pc is great for gaming and fir editing.

I bought my first iBUYPOWER Gaming PC and it did not disappoint. This is a quality gaming PC. I am impressed with the sleek design; strobing lights inside the tower and build quality. Money well spent.

Absolutele garbage. First one I bought slipped through quality control with no RAM. Somebody at the plant has sticky fingers. Best buy ordered me a new one and we opened it before I brought it home and it was complete. I hooked it up today because it was a Christmas gift for my wife and it's telling me windows is not activated. I've spent 4 hours on the phone so far trying to get this rectified and now I've been told I have to wait another 24 hours to see if they can provide me a new windows license otherwise I have to take it back to Best buy. Based on my experience with IBUYpower and their customer service I would not recommend this. Unless you love spending time on the phone and in chat with strangers trying to fix their company's mess up.

Finally got a PC i was exicted about. PC would sieze trying to play Grocery Store Sim and Ready or Not. Tried everything to fix, CPU update, GPU update, GPU deleting and reinstalling driver and reseating the GPU, nothing worked and would continue to sieze. Contacted best buy and they wanted to try and charge me to have Geek Squad look at it online(what a joke) then said since i didnt want to pay they just sent me to IBuyPowers website. Its been fail after fail on Best Buys part to make this right. Also pc showed up with a scratch and blemish on the outside due to rough shipping. Then when i brought it into the store the customer service worker stated, “see you should of gotten the geek squad plan.” Maybe you should of sent me a working PC that didnt fail in 4 days! Then said the replacement wouldnt come for over a week. Then tried to sell me on a best buy memebershio to get faster shipping. UNBELIEVABLE!! DONT BUY FROM BEST BUY!! Worst customer service ive every dealt with.

Took 4 months for the Computer to stop turning on. Went for a long weekend trip, shut the PC down, came home- and refused to start. Now looking to have someone repair but i dont even know where to start. I was warned this was a possibility with these Ibuypower Prebuilds, but i was a sucker for the price, and learned my lesson
