    I was trained that magnetic tools will damage motherboards and other sensitive hardware so I am a bit confused as to why this tech kit has a magnetic screw driver set...

    It's a pretty nice cheap toolset. The magnetic tips are a lifesaver. The only reason I'll give it 4 stars is the screwdriver is so small for my hands so my hands will cramp up after a while of use.

    It has the basic tools i need. The price is higher than i feel comfortable with. There are plastics that can easily get scratched up.
