I took away one star for the build quality. The blade on the opener kept bending from side to side, thus requiring me to add additional pressure. I took away another star because the opener felt like it was going to break.

Feels sort of like extra-strentgh aluminum foil. Once realized, discovered it was actually thin enough to use a starter tool for something stronger to actually open a device.
