I have been wanting a nice tool kit for my retro games consoles like SNES Genesis and others so this has already paid for itself. Now i can just replace those old batteries to restore the ability to save again. And fix my consoles myself.

Incredible screwdriver set and definitely worthy of the price! I've used this set multiple times for the most obscure things and its managed to save a lot of frustration. The bits appear to be of great quality and the screwdriver itself is smooth amd flawless. This is a great buy for someone whom works with computers or does general work around the house with small items. I cant say enough about this product and to top it off, the compact carrying case doubles as a screw tray and connectors magnetically with the other side forming a tight bond.

As someone who fiddles with computers a lot I’m extremely pleased with this item. I went from using a generic screwdriver without the turn assist this one has and its night and day. Extremely quality product. Looking to get more ifixit products soon!

Great tool kit lasted me years! I bought this to fix a simple thing with my Xbox or Computer but have found this useful for fixing so many other things as well! Would 100% buy again AND has pretty sturdy drill bits, it all feels very well made.

I've had this kit for two years and love it. It has pretty much anything you would need to work on technology.

I couldn't be more pleased with this kit. I'll address each part: Case - The magnets combined with the interlocking ridge along the edge hold the lid firmly in place without making it difficult to remove. The grid molded into the underside of the lid makes it an excellent tray for small screws. - If you need to step away from your project and want to keep the screws from getting accidentally scattered, the lid can be attached to the rear of the main case. - The high-quality foam liner holds the tools tightly without making them difficult to remove and replace. Handle - Retains bits securely without making them difficult to change. - Very nicely machined, with no rough edges and knurling that's easy to grip without being overly aggressive. - The top swivel isn't just a crimped-on piece of pot metal or cheap plastic. It is a machined, bead blasted and anodized piece of aluminum riding on a BEARING. Flex Shaft - Sturdy, with free-spinning collars on each end. - The input and output sockets are machined to the same high standards as the handle. - The bit holder on the shaft uses a spring clip to retain the bits, rather than a magnet. It seems like a downgrade at first, but then you realize it hold the bit much tighter than the magnet in the handle, reducing the chance of it getting left behind in a place you can't get your fingers into. Bits - Machined (not sintered) from proper tool steel, then coated to prevent corrosion. - Torx range starts at T2 where most start at T3. - JIS bits are the miracle you didn't know you needed. All those tiny Phillips screws that you've been stripping out? Those are JIS. You're welcome. On top of all this, iFixit provides a lifetime warranty. You just can't beat it.

Worked flawlessly on building my pc but bent a flat head in a hex bit on my portable ac unit XD the hex in it didn't fit so next best option was the poor flat heads lol

Super handy, everything is well made and has essentially everything you’d need for something like building a PC or keyboard.

I get why people like this toolkit now. I was previously using a cheap Amazon kit with similar tool bits to this iFixit kit, but decided to buy this one after the screwdriver on the cheap unit started to fail. The screwdriver is pure metal (no plastic), and lots of specialty bits included that became useful over time.

I originally bought this to fix my Wii, but I have used it for so many other things! It’s come in hand for my laptop, a fan, my iPhone. I liked it so much I even bought the pro tool set. It may seem a little pricey at first, but it’s totally worth the functionality and the quality

This is an amazing kit with a wide variety of bits. Great quality driver and bit build to avoid stripping screws. Might pick up a second one.

One of the best precision toolkits you can buy. I can't believe how often I use this little tool kit, I don't know what I'd do without it. All the bits are great quality and the flexible extender is just an added bonus for getting to those hard to reach areas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this, one of the best.
