I needed to break into the back of my laptop, and the Best Buy salesperson recommended this toolkit. It has a bit for every tiny fastener you could think of. Well worth the $50 for a lifetime of all kinds of mischief I can get into.

Big fan of iFixit, first time buying a full kit. Awesome. Although, the only thing is the price. Other than that, it's a pretty sweet value.

The kit is convenient but the plastic pics and metal separator tool deform easily and do not seem to last many uses

I own the Manta kit and Pro Tech Toolkit (and had to buy this kit as I didn't have either of the mentioned kits with me. The Pro Tech Go Toolkit seemed to be the balance of the two for what I needed. After opening I am very disappointed in the fact that the handle is plastic as the other mentioned tool kits are metal. The handle feels very cheap and looking at the bits they look to be of inferior quality to the Manta and Pro Tech Toolkit. The foam for the bits barely stays in place too. This will be returned as it is not worth $50. This should cost $30 and that is pushing it. I very much believe in doing your own repairs and having the right tools. iFixit very much missed the mark on this kit. Spend the extra $25 to get the Pro Tech Kit
