Didnt sound so good to. The voice was loud and weird.

not the best product out there, there are better options

Spent weeks trying to get these headphones to sync with my iPhone - never happened! Tried to find a customer service site or something to see if I needed to do something else - no luck. Worst product ever! Would give negative stars if I could.

I was just looking for a basic pair of bluetooth earbuds to wear wile I was working. Sound quality wasn't super important but these sound really good. They are very comfortable too. I usually have to really jam earbuds into my ears to get them to stay but these are easy to insert and stay put. My only complaint is that there isn't a quick way to identify which bud is left and right. You have to hunt for the tiny L or R printed on each one.

The quality is bad. They don't stay in the ear well. Lots of static and cuts in and out.

I literally used it for a week and it stopped working I have to find them to send them to the manufacturer since I didn't purchase insurance through Best Buy for them

I made this purchase in a hurry because I needed a pair for work and I was running late. Worst choice ever... They are awkward and sound horrible... I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.

Totally sucks. Waste of my money. Was able to use them one time. Purchased a new blue tooth device from Costco. It works and I use my generic ear phones. They work when I use them.

These broke within a week. One of the headphones stopped working within one week of purchase. The sound is not good and they hurt your ear of you wear them for very long.

Audio quality is very good for both the in-ear headphones and microphone. In-ear headphones are very comfortable. Volume +/- and mute buttons on control unit are easy to use. Clip mechanism for control unit is sufficient for stationary use (e.g. office, driving in car etc) but not very secure for more active applications. Battery life is good for most use cases. Can power via USB for long calls. Tip: Don’t wrap the headphone wires around the control unit for storage as it will eventually cause the wire become intermittent -- headphones worked great for 3 years but one headphone failed due to this issue.

the mic/control piece has both wires coming from one side of it when most have this inline.this causes one side to keep pulling out og the left ear .

Bought for my wife - after 3 weeks she complained of a scratching sounds and 2 weeks later, no sound from one ear piece. Not worth the $25

Bought these for my son and returned them the very next day. Uncomfortable and poor sound quality was his reason for saying, "No thanks, Mom!"

microphone sometimes needs to be closer to the mouth or people will not hear and broke suddenly after 35 days (no warranty)..........

Use them only three time and they stop working. Not happy for what i pay for it so they can only last a few days.

Wireless connection doesn't reach more than an arms distance away. Completely defeats the purpose of wireless

I hate this earpiece, the microphone is locstef behind your head, so its hard for the other party to hear you

Do not fit good in ear sound is not good at all don't waste your time with them.

Kept Cutting out ended up throwing in the trash after a fit of rage

Save your money. They are not good. I had to return them. They aren't worth the money.
