No problems and nice and quiet. You can't go wrong with this freezer.

I've had this Bad Boy for 7 years now and it Does NOT Disappoint!!! I ABSOLUTELY have NEVER Had a SINGLE Issue with My Deep Freezer at ALL! Like NEVER EVER! You can't go Wrong with The #1 Brand, Igloo!!! Then You are Backed by The Trustworthy BestBuy Brand...SHOP! SHOP! SHOP!

I cam home one day and everything was thawed and the freezer wasn't working. Oh....and if you're short you can hang it up. I felt like I was climbing in the freezer to take a tour of the food inside. I wouldn't recommend buying. Another thing - you will need to go through Igloo, which will route you to Curtis International for warranty/repair. Oh....my wait until you have to talk with Curtis International. Best Buy doesn't repair Igloo Freezers. I am moving onto better things. Good luck with Igloo.

We ordered a different brand from a different store because it was cheaper-- well we got what we paid for, as the freezer didn't work from day one. We returned that and found this Igloo at Best Buy on sale-- works perfectly, easy to understand controls, and it's EnergyStar rated to boot.

Bought this 8 mouths ago 3 mouths it started leaking inside temp. was 0 degrees. Called igloo for warranty they gave me a work ord # 40620 & a ref # cf0129157182 , it is now 2 mouths later and nothing done. Igloo does not have a warranty.

I bought the 7.2 igloo freezer 14 months ago. two weeks ago I would have given it a 5 star rating. Then it quit running. light was on saying it was running but it quit cooling causing me to have to throw out $500 worth of food. You've been warned.

5 years later and still running solid.Never failed on me.

Fantastic freezer, great for chicken nuggets, frozen veggies and burger patties

Cheap, foreign-made garbage that simply stopped working. Reset procedure did not fix it. Too expensive to have it looked at by an A/C tech. And what am I supposed to do, exactly? Box it up and return it to the store, when it's out of warranty? There is a lesson here, and I'm old enough to know better but..."you get what you pay for."

Freezer failed in less than 2 months ruining hundreds of dollars in frozen food. Don't take the risk. Buy a quality, well known brand of freezer.

bought this freezer in july 2014. started leaking water out the bottom within 2 months. best buy will not do anything because I didn't buy the geek squad protection. manufacter wants me to ship it from Missouri to Minnesota to have it repaired, REDICULOUS!! would cost more than the freezer is worth!! spend a little more money and buy a better freezer!!

This freezer broke in less than one month. The "warranty" is to pack it up, ship it to Michigan, and wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement. It was past 15 days, so I could not return to best buy. What a waste of money.
