With a household of only 2, we did not need a large freezer. However, we try to save money when we can. By taking advantage of bargains on perishable items, we found a need for more freezer space. And only having a limited amount of storage, a bulky freezer was out of the question. This item stands upright and has adjustable hinges so that the door can swing out to the side that is more suitable for your space. It also has a set of back wheels to make it easier to move around.. We are very happy with our purchase.

Nice size for small area. good price. Reversable door is a plus.

When you talk about price versus the quality and capacity, you can't beat this freezer. By being an upright, it is compact and will fit in a small space. A great freezer for those not looking for a lot of storage.

Bought this for my daughter. They needed an overflow space so their refrigerator freezer would not be so packed that they could not see what they had. This was just the right size and being an upright made it easy to find the items they were looking for. They have had no problems and have had it up and running several months now.

It holds the same as my husbands cooler (his is a different brand), but mine is easier to load/unload, and fits in my car better, while taking up less space.

We wish the shelves were movable. It is nice size and quiet

we have a small refrigerator and needed some more freezer space and this 6.9 cubic foot freezer made by igloo meets our needs and workers just great.

I love this freezer. Very small footprint and is very quiet. You wont even notice its running. Recommended

A few warnings first, the door doesn't have any shelves, and the main 5 shelves cannot be moved because they have the cooling coils built into them. You won't be able to put a whole turkey in there, or if you shop at Costco, not all packages will fit. Overall, though, if you're looking for a smaller freezer, this is great, it works perfectly, has a very small footprint and is much more convenient than the chest freezers of the same volume.

took up dear hunting this year and needed storage for meat got 2 avg doe's & 1 sm doe had just over 250 lbs of meat which is the limit for this freezer. could hold more but with cooling coils built into shelving you do not want force anything that could bend them and not to scrape on them when defrosting. running over a month and no ice build up yet. great deal for the price

Great freezing capacity, very compact and the shelves make it easy to organize, 3 different freeze settings and I found setting 1 to be very capable of freezing the whole unit.

Fixed shelving limits versatility but not usefulness, Space saving footprint and large cubic interior size for the price makes this a great freezer for me, No bending over into a chest freezer - get an upright nothing will be forgotten forever on the bottom of the chest again

Changed from a chest to an upright and it has worked well. There are some things that won't fit because the shelves are not adjustable but we got it to change the footprint. From that perspective it works perfect.

Has big capacity for such a slender freezer. Quiet and very efficient.

Slightly larger than 5.0 cubic foot freezer, it also is a stand up freezer instead on leaning down into the other freezers that we looked at.

So far it has been performing well. Can see everything that's in it, unlike a chest freezer. Doesn't take up much space. Hope it lasts.

This freezer takes minimal space but gives me the extra freezer space I needed. Easily moveable yet holds quite a bit. Love it!

Is so big I can't believe and is design like refrigerator

we needed something small but not too small and standing up...its exactly what we needed and you cant beat it for the price.
