Upon initial delivery, our unit was obvious to the eye it was damaged. Customer service was hassle free and a new freezer was delivered 2 days later. The new one is perfect so far! Keeps everything organized and frozen!

I bought this as a 2nd freezer for my family. It is a great size, holds alot of times, and does not take up alot of space. it is easy to find what you need inside.

We had outgrown the freezer side of our side-by-side refrigerator. We bought this freezer and it fits perfectly next to our full size stacked washer/dryer in the small closet meant to hold a washer and dryer next to each other. It holds plenty of food for our family of four. I haven't seen any increase in our electric bill.

So we bought this because we needed a small second freezer. The unit's design is basic and clean. The size met our needs as well but it's too loud. The sound is not heavy and low like a full sized fridge but is very noticeable. The weight was a lot heavier than expected too.

Down sizing. Perfect size for us. Would recommend to families that are older and /or retired.

Good little freezer plenty of room for 2 people's food

I bought this freezer to put in my basement, so I could store overflow from my main freezer. It holds so much! And, it allows me to do my shopping when items are on sale, instead of paying full price. It was a great investment. I'm thrilled that I bought it.

The freezer I bought is just the right size for what I need. It is working out great.

I'm really happy with this freezer. the 2 reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: 1. It had a small crack in the plastic tray on the outside top. I didn't tell Best Buy, but was a little disappointed. 2. The cling plastic wrap it was originally packaged in was impossible to remove. In fact, some is still attached along the edges. Otherwise, it's a nice little upright freezer.

For the price it was a good deal and was the right side for the job..

Selected based on Size and area we had to store it. Certainly meets that criteria. Already seeing frost build up though and only been in use for 1.5 months. Not the highest quality.

Very good product value. Fits well into small space. Shelves are at a good size from each other. Quiet operation. Easy to set up. Might be better with more temperature positions (has 3) but is probably adequate.

It meets my needs as a second freezer.... I like dealing with Best Buy.... They are very savvy on all their products.....We also bought a microwave the day before ... And am very satisfied with that product too....

I did a lot of research before purchasing this freezer. I am so happy with my purchase, it is a great freezer and just the right size. Not too big not too small.

Better than chest freezer. Very convinient to organize.

Living in an apartment the freezer was much to small. This is the perfect size, it doesn't take up to very much space. I don't have to shop as often.

fit in a small space and holds right much for this size of freezer. does not have to be turned up too hig to work.
