The price was decent, it got cold in a reasonable amount of time and it doesn't seem to be using much power.

Followed the setup instructions. Plugged in, waited 24 hours, set the temp to very cold, all set to go!

We had the first freezer for a little over a week before it crapped out on us. Luckily, we salvaged most of the food. At first I was really upset, especially when the customer service lady said that I might have to buy a new Geek Squad Protection Plan if it cannot be transferred. The team at the Hutchinson Best Buy were very nice when setting up a time to deliver the new freezer. And I got to keep my protection plan! The two delivery guys took the freezer out of the box and it had a huge dent by the electrical panel. It seemed to be working just fine so we kept it because we didn't want to set up another time to be home for them to bring another freezer. Best Buy even gave us a gift card (discount because of the damage on the product). I thought this was a great deal and I didn't want to pass it up, but I will do more researching next time around for a better quality product.
