Does an excellent job.

The start up directions were easy to follow. After a little over two weeks the freezer is functioning fine and maintains a five below zero temperature. We debated over this freezer or the smaller model. This model won out because of its energy rating and cost to operate. We can't be more pleased with this purchase.

great product poor customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE product is a good deal for the money am very satisfied. the issue was the first one came damaged and the second one came damaged the third one was correct. they attempted delivery 4 times after that for the same freezer. I talked to dispatch each and every time they tried to deliver to no avail. customer service on the dispatch delivery is the pits!

The website clearly shows wheels on the unit so Best Buy came through with a monetary consideration and all is well.

Great so far!
