Bought this 2 weeks ago and I love it. Was able to carry it inside my house and downstairs by myself(I'm pretty weak). Set up was as easy as plugging it in and adjusting the temperature. After waiting 24 hours for it to get cold I started stocking it. Fits way more food then my family of 3 needs. We have a pull out freezer on the bottom of our fridge(don't ever buy that kind) and by the time we bought meats and other stuff we had no room for ice cream. Now we can buy as much ice cream as we want!!!

this little freezer is great. Holds a lot given its size. Has temp adjustment and thought we would have to by a temperature alarm but this thing is a champ! Everything stays super cold. Would be perfect for small family or single person. Holds just the right amount for 3-4 months worth of stock-up.

The freezer did not last five years of normal use.

This was really a "steal" for $169. It is a reputable brand and has huge storage space for frozen goodies. Fits perfectly in the corner of the kitchen and didn't take much space. It has easy access to the food from the top and operates very quietly. The family loves it !

So far so good! I have had this bad boy for about two weeks now. Everything was smooth from order to delivery. Plugged it up, and it was cold and ready to go within 12-24 hours. Super awesome price, which I got even cheaper by using reward $$$ towards it!! Whoo hoo! Hope it keeps it up :)

Purchased this unit for $169.99 and have been very impressed with the unit. Very quiet and the unit stays ICE ICE cold ....... great price versus other units and brands

Runs cold, I got it for cheap... It works after a year. Its a Freezer... Overall good product. Buy it if you can get it for a good price and want to freeze some grub.

We bought this little freezer for our deer lease. It is small but just what we were looking for. Love it!

This is a great freezer for extra storage. Very quite and lots of space. And also energy star certified product.

Freezer was purchased due to small amount of freezer space with our side by side. I brought the freezer home and plugged it in and turned the thermostat to the coldest setting. The freezer never got cold and our food has spoiled. Best Buy will not deliver a new freezer unless I pay $80 for delivery - which is half the cost of the freezer. I paid to rent a truck to get it home and now I have to spend more to get it replaced. I called Curtis who deals with the warranty - good luck and welcome to a call center half way across the world. They want to send a technician to fix a freezer that is not even a week old. I'm fed up with best buy and igloo, do not buy this freezer, if you have any problems You will be left on your own to deal with it.

Great Freezer. Very easy to install. A nice size for a large family. It's quiet and very reliable, no problems. Owned it for about a year so far.

Have had this freezer for 2 - 3 weeks and have been happy so far. We had issues with delivery, and in store pick up that resulted in 3 charges to our card and countless hours on the phone. Glad thats all over and we now have a cold freezer for our meats!

I am on my second unit thinking the first one was defective. The temperature to best store frozen food is 0 to -22 degrees Fahrenheit at least that is what I can find on line. My Frigidaire upright set on 4 is at -9 degrees. I have turned both igloos up almost to ON position and they were both barely below 0 degrees.

I purchased this unit to help store food for long term storage and when purchasing meats in bulk. I really liked the freezer when it was new and operating correctly. We moved and didn't use for 5 months and hauled it in a secure moving trailer. Turned on a few days ago to reuse and it turned on fine and got to temperature within a day so we added some excess frozen meats and microwaveable foods to the chest freezer. Two days later it stopped working and thawed everything out. I cleaned out and attempted to restart but it would not get cold. I have the warranty and called to schedule a repair. Get ready to wait!! I was passed on to 3 people all telling you hold for a brief moment only to finally hear that these units have had problem and they only replace, and don't repair. I will go with a different manufacture that has some reputation and better engineering to last more than 2 years.

I bought in November of last year and it quit in July this year. Best part about it is Best Buy won't help and the manufacturer says I have to ship it back to them for repair or replacement. Who ships a deep freeze. Thanks Best Buy for selling junk. Have made many purchases in past. Will probably look to someone who stands behind product. Should last at least a year.

This product is not worth the money. Bought this unit to freeze bulk meat. Worked great for a year and then stopped working. The light is on but it will not stay cool. Ruined over 70 lbs of meat. Only now just read the reviews and wish I would have before purchasing as they seem to have had the same issue. Beware...

I picked up the freezer on Saturday. Let it set for 24 hours like you would any fridge. Plugged it in and it ran fine. Tuesday when I came home from work it was running nonstop and no longer cooling. I unplugged for 1 hour and tried again. Still not cooling. Glad I didn't have anything in it yet.

Massive amounts of semi-frozen meat in bottom of freezer. Box of Icy pops, frozen on top, liquid on bottom. Just threw out hundred dollars of food. This thing freezes in some areas and not in others. Do not buy this.
