Too many buttons on top

Alarm sound and date change miss the mark

I liked the product over all but when having to depend on the alarm to wake you up I say forget it. The alarm sound at its highest is way too low and it doesn't usually take much to wake me up. The other is the date change it seems to get stuck and one has to play with the buttons a bit for it to change to the proper date When both alarm sound is made much lower and the date change is fixed I might consider again

Posted .It sounds like the consumer is using the buzzer alarm which starts out softly, and then gradually increases to maximum. If you don't wait for the buzzer to increase, you will never hear the maximum volume. The date change is probably operator error. iHome Support would have been glad to help with the setup of this model.
