Otherwise this is a fine product. Yes I could have used a USB cable but then what's the point of having a dock at all? Too bad.

Posted .If there is a case on your iPhone, you must remove the rubber cushion in the docking area, then the iPhone can go down far enough on the Lightning connector.

Posted .The iDL44 has the same reson8 speaker technology as our other models. There are equalizer controls to adjust the sound for your personal taste. There is a USB port and Aux input on the back panel. It is also case-friendly.
