The watch charger works great and so does the top charger for your phone. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because if you add a USB cable to charge a third item (like an ipad or another phone) then it starts making a weird electrical zap noise, Not sure that's good, so 2 items max for charging here. That's my only complaint.

Posted .We apologize for the experience you encountered. Please follow these steps to reset the unit and ioS device at the same time.
1. Remove the batteries from the unit if applicable.
2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter).
3. Wait 20 minutes.
4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).
5. Hard Reset the (iPad, iPod, iPhone).
Press and hold the Top (or Side) button until the slider appears.
Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Top (or Side) button again until you see the Apple logo.
If normal operation is restored, insert "new" batteries into the unit.
If the problem persists, we would like to bring this unit it for evaluation as you should not hear a weird noise while using the USB port.
