||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this for my husband's birthday, and it came in only 2 days, with free shipping, which was a bonus. When he opened it, it seemed very sturdy and well built. However, when we plugged it in, we saw the he would not be able to charge his iPhone on the dock without removing his Lifeproof case, which he obviously didn't want to do. I was researching extensions that would work with the unit to be able to charge the phone on the dock with the case intact, but then we found that the clock would not keep the correct time. We had to set it manually as per the instructions since the phone wouldn't dock, and we got it to set to the correct time, but every 35 seconds, the time would change, making it quickly off by several minutes. Worthless! Now I have to make a trip to the store, and I'm still trying to decide whether to try another one or just get a refund. Guess I'm just unlucky, since most reviews on this seem to be positive.

Posted .The iPLWBT5 is not defective. While the dock accommodates most cases, you may need to remove your case and/or the rubber docking insert for proper docking.
