It has a base charger and and USB port for a cord charger (I frequently use both) my only qualm is I haven’t been able to get the Bluetooth to work. It only plays music if it’s plugged in :(

FM radio, auto dimming display, dial alarm clock, and auxiliary input, 1 Amp USB charging port and batter backup in the event of a temporary power outage. We are confident you can find other uses besides charging your Apple Watch.

Posted .Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Most new products no longer come with a remote control because units are Bluetooth compatible now and the connected device (your phone or tablet) act as the remote control.

Posted .We apologize for the experience you encountered. Please follow these steps to reset the unit and iOS device at the same time.
Make sure you are not using a protective case. If you are using a protective case please try docking the device without the case.
1. Remove the batteries from the unit if applicable.
2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter).
3. Wait 20 minutes.
4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).
5. Hard Reset the (iPad, iPod, iPhone).
Press and hold the Top (or Side) button until the slider appears.
Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Top (or Side) button again until you see the Apple logo.
If normal operation is restored, insert "new" batteries into the unit.
If the problem persists, please contact our Support Team at 1-800-288-2792. Mon - Fri from 8am - 4pm EST

I had to take the case off and I would have hoped companies would have figured out this dilemma by now. I returned the item. Would not recommend.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that the inconvenience of having to remove the case resulted in you returning our product. We are certified by Apple and most docking units require the bulky cases to be removed. Apple manufactures bottomless cases for Customers who want to dock their phones.

Attachment prong is too short if your phone is in anything beyond a mere decorative case. Further, the lever the prong is attached to is difficult to align with the phone. Needless frustration and not for me....See my other reviews for something better..
