    This iHome has many great features including display dimmer, radio presets, dual alarm, multiple chargers, bluetooth. Sound from speakers is good. However I'm only giving it 3 stars because of several issues I have with it. The autodimmer makes the display too dim except in a completely dark room, and even then it's kind of too dim. I use manual dimming. The printing for the control buttons is small and hard to read. Does not have AM radio. Too many button pushes required to set alarms, especially since I need to change alarm times frequently. The minimum volume for radio alarm is still too loud. The display also includes day and date, which is nice, but the date number is too widely separated from the month. Also might be nice if the display showed what was playing on the iPhone when using it (docked or bluetooth).

    It works great! A little disappointed that there is no AM Radio. But oh well. This will Come in handy in the near future for whenever I get an iPhone/Apple Watch.

    Phone Charger Backwards???

    Whole thing is great, except I wasn't able to charge my phone for a while...until I put it charging backwards, as in, with the back of the phone facing me. Is this a common issue? Is there anything I can do to fix this?!

    This item looks great and we love how it sets the time automatically when you put your phone in the dock. However, the instructions to set alarms, etc. could be easier to understand.

    Buzzing noise

    There is a buzzing/clicking noise only when iphone is docked. No troubklehsooting help available. When reached out to the iHome number, was on hold for over 10 minutes. When I called back, all of the automated options hang up on me with a robot voice that says, "Goodbye". This is my first iHome product. It will be returned and not repurchased.

      We apologize for the long hold time. We have been very busy as many Customers were gifted iHome speakers and call for operational assitance. If you have not returned the unit, please reset it.

      1. Remove the batteries from the unit if applicable.
      2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter).
      3. Wait 20 minutes.
      4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).
      5. Hard Reset the connected device.

    Was great right up until it quit working!

    Received it as a gift. It worked great. Then it stopped charging the phone. Numerous attempts at resolution with Best Buy and iHome yielded no results. Steer clear.

    Quality only lasts as long as warranty

    Really had no complaints until the 13th month. Exactly when the warranty expires the lightning plug on the unit comes off with the iPhone. Definitely buy the extended warranty coverage!!
