The 2 cons I can think of is that if you unplug the device or the power goes out that you have to re-set your saved radio stations and when it is set to rotate between colors while it on the device tends to settle in on one color after its been on for a while.

I bought this is a Christmas present, so I haven’t had too much interaction with it as it’s not on my nightstand. I do know you have to connect to Bluetooth anytime you use it, it doesn’t stay connected. It doesn’t have as many nice features as my Lenovo alarm clock.
