Posted .We are sorry to hear you are less than satisfied with the iBT297. If you placed new batteries which were the same brand, there is no way they deplete within one week unless you did not plug the AC adapter in. This is not a portable unit. It must stay plugged into the wall at all times. If you are truly unhappy return it to Best Buy so it does not collect dust on your nightstand

So, if you can’t tell. I got v2. I thought all this time I was too dumb to figure out an app with an alarm clock. Mine was so freaking loud trying to change settings it just sits unused. The beeps, the voice.. it’s all on max and I don’t know how to adjust any of it. I got music on it once and it was fine after “ON!” and “CONNECTED!” was shouted and dang near murdered me with a heart attack. No thank you.
