    The clock itself is pretty cool! This was a gift from Santa to my son. When school started back after the holidays we realize the alarm has issues. Some mornings it work some mornings it won’t. I tried calling the number on the box. There is no real customer service to actually talk to. I can only e-mail back and forth. I’m pretty text savvy and I don’t have issues trying to figure stuff out. I’m having to send this unit back to be tested and I assumed I have to pay to send it because I haven’t received a return label only return instructions. If you are just looking for a clock it’s ok, but if you need an actual alarm DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

      Usually when the alarm does not work the clock/date settings are incorrect. Sometimes the alarm is only set for weekdays or weekends. We would be happy to send you out a prepaid shipping label and if the unit is defective replace it for you. Please reach out using the link below.

    I noticed the dimmer was not working and went to return it but past the 14 days so now have to wait to see if warranty can replace it .

    Loud when reconnecting lost Bluetooth connection

    It randomly will loose the Bluetooth connection and when it reconnects it says very loudly through walls that it is reconnected. Which is not good in a dorm setting.

      The Bluetooth connection will sustain itself up to 30 feet. Make sure that you do not exceed this range when having a Bluetooth connection. Other factors may also cause interference such as microwaves, wi-fi, concrete and metal.

      The product will seek a connection if previously paired to a device. You can turn off Bluetooth on your device to prevent random reconnection.

    Don’t buy

    The buttons get jammed a lot and stop working. Sometimes the alarms don’t even go off!! The color effects are cool and it’s great besides the fact that it doesn’t work and the app that is supposed to pair with it isn’t in the App Store so there’s no way to really operate the device

    I was happy at first but the lights have stopped working. Overall I think it is not worth the price I paid for it but you can decided.

    Bluetooth worked for about 2 months and now won’t connect again, tried to contact support. No reply back Save your money and get something else

      We apologize for the delayed response. The office was closed for Thanksgiving and the Friday after which caused a backlog with Customer inquiries. The unit can only be paired to one device at a time. There is a simple fix. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep. Then you are pair to the mobile device.
