    It was okay. I just wasn't as satisfied because it wasn't compatible with my cell phone and I was looking forward to charging my phone without a cord.

    I like the tone it makes when the alarm goes off in the morning. I don’t like that I cannot set up the Bluetooth or the charger. I just keep trying.

    Purchased the alarm clock for my husband so that he could easily charge his phone by setting on top of the alarm clock. But when we got it home it had a lot of trouble connecting with his Samsung Galaxy, which is supposed to be compatible and wouldn't charge the phone until after multiple attempts. Then we had to sync his phone to the alarm clock via Bluetooth but the alarm clock wouldn't let us unsync. We had to return the clock.

    Lacks a lot of basic features that were on my very old ihome. I ended up returning it. Most noticeable missing, am/fm radio and the +/- 1 switch on the back for daylight savings time. I also found the alarm tone very annoying its a melody like a ringer option on a cell phone, not a traditional buzzer.

    I had this for about 6 months and it stopped working. The blue tooth does not always connect and will often just beep for the alarm. Now, the alarm will occasionally not respond to the snooze and will keep beeping. I have to unplug to get it to stop as it continues even when turning the alarm off.

    the answer is no. It will always mess up. From having plug in looseness issues so it comes unused constantly if a rats sneeze blows its direction, to alarm going off randomly instead of when set...to not turning off when you press off 20 times. The Bluetooth speaker isn't very loud. But it makes a great paper weight..?

      Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear one feature led you to return the unit to the store. Analog radio is becoming obsolete. Many stations are no longer transmitting the analog signal which requires an antenna. You can connect your phone/tablet via Bluetooth and stream clear digital radio from an App. You can even listen to radio stations that are not local to your area. We hope you will give our products another chance in the near future.

    Speaker quality was sub par. For the price I feel like it should have more advanced technology. Setting the alarms is a pain in the rear end. Not impressed at all.

    Not sure what is going on, but I cannot use the charging feature for my iPhone 8 because my phone gets too hot. If I still had the box, I would return it.

      During wireless charging or fast charging, the device may feel hotter to the touch. This does not affect the device's lifespan or performance and is in the device's normal range of operation. if the battery becomes too hot, most phone will stop charging (based on phone model). iHome

      2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter).
      3. Wait 20 minutes.
      4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).

    takes forever finding the right spot to charge the phone, called the compony and they told me do a reset..I did ,it still didn't work they told me take off the case..I told them I didn't have a case ,,they told me do another reset,,this product sucks

    This is Garbage, look for something else. Loses connection too easy and often. Speakers stink and alarms dont work half the time. My loss. I dont advise buying

    The wireless charging function no longer works. Everything else works but the wireless charging was why we got it. Not a good product.
