He Needed An Alarm Clock & When My Husband & I Saw This, We Knew It Would Be Perfect With His iPod. He Loves Listening To His Music In His Room. It Has A Good Quality Sound & Doesn't Take Much To Get Pretty Loud. He's Younger So I Know He Doesn't Use All Of The Features That Are Available Yet, But Right Now We Are Pleased.

Difficult to dock IPhone

You have to take your finger and move the adaptor forward into a straight up position to be able to set your phone into it to charge.

I can listen to the music from my iPhone through the speaker. You can also listen to the radio or plug in another device through the auxiliary jack. This actually charges my phone faster than my regular cord

Not recommended if using Lifeproof iPhone case.

We were bummed when he couldn't use the docking station if his Lifeproof case for his iPhone was on his cell phone. Anyone who has a Lifeproof case knows how they are difficult to get on/off your iPhone (as it should). If you don't use iphone Lifeproof case, then this would probably work great.
