I cant read the time in the dark, some how it doesnt show that clear.

My iPhone 5 doesn't fit in this because the case gets in the way

The radio is missing am radio. Also if you have a case on you phone or Ipod the charging socket will not fit so you have to either buy an adapter ( which should have came with radio) or take case off to charge.

Love the convince but the charger is aweful Just doesn't charge properly

The lighted clock is not strong enough to see across the room and the numbers on the clock are too small. I returned it.

This is perfect for a docking station that charges your phone, serves as an clock. The speaker is decent for the price.

I absolutely love this little thing. It is tiny enough to fit in a corner and sounds good enough for what I use it for. It could use a better speaker but it's really not bad. One of my cases fits perfectly the other is a little snug. I had the same issue with other Ihome's. All in all, for the price not can't be the quality!

We have purchased the iHome radios several times. We have 3 girls and they all have iPhones so these made since to get. This one is the best by far. It automatically syncs with your phone and you download an app to be combined with your iHome. You can set your alarm by using the app, then place your phone on the base. Simple and easy. We will be buying another one of these.

Unfortunately, I didn't read these other reviews before buying this clock. But I was very disappointing when I got this home and saw I would have to remove my iPhone 5S from its Spigen Tough Armor case (this is not a thick case by any stretch) before I could dock the phone to the clock. There's a sticker right by the docking port on the clock that says either remove your case or call this phone number. So I called the number and the person said they have an adapter that I could buy and attach so I don't have to remove the case and she would have someone email me about it. So when I didn't hear anything from iHome I sent an email to them asking about it and they told me the person on the phone was incorrect, there's no adapter. So not sure what the point of that sticker was. I don't know many people that don't have a case for their phone, nor that will find it very convenient to remove the case every night before they dock it. This review is by no means a knock on Best Buy. I like this store a lot. This falls solely on iHome. It's unfortunate because I liked the look of the clock otherwise, but being there's no solution and I don't want to remove the case, I'll have to return the clock. There really should be something on the box about this.

it worked fine and then the unit stop working with the AC charger. Now it only works with battery. I cannot charge my iphone or listen to the radio. I cannot adjust the time either. Tried contacting customer service for 3 weeks and they keep telling me that I will receive an email with instructions on how to return the unit but I have not received the email yet. I am disappointed and I do not believe I will buy iHome brand again.

iHome Model: IPL22GC does not work with an iPhone 6 in a Tech 21 classic or sport case. My son received the docking station yesterday for his birthday. Best Buy thought it would work with the thin case but it does not. I don't know a single person that doesn't use a phone case. The Tech 21's are much thinner than most. The guy on the phone in India/Pak , was useless. He said an adapter may come out in a week or two. We are taking it back today.

Had a previous version and it adjusted for depth to adjust for cases. This one is spring loaded and will not work well for any case with a deeper back (Otterbox, Lifeproof, etc). i even put a lower provfile bumper on and no-go. If you have a case on your phone (and who doesn't these days!) don't bother with this version. Nearly impossible to put the phone on the unit.

So-so as a radio. Purchased it specifically so i could charge my iPhone and play it through the radio's speakers. I've contacted iHome and gone through the troubleshooting routine they recommended, but it hasn't helped. Will be returning this item to Best Buy
