Horrible and expensive
Mic sound is really low.
You have to basically touch the mic to your lips for it to pick anything up.
I returned it the next day.

The item did not turn on. It was charged for the time frame asked, I turned it on it turned back off ! Waste of my money.

Device is msade of plastic . Still it works well, nice volume. Didnt have this device no more then 2wks hasnt been a month. The port on the back for charging the device can get pushed in that is what happened. Now i am unable to charge the device. As we speak i just scheduled an appt. to see if i can get this problem rectified appt is July 25, 2020 will keep you posted. Wish me luck...! I am disappointed and my sons heart broken.
