Posted .We are sorry to hear you had trouble operation the iBT371. The speaker must be charged for 4 hours before initial use. A low battery will cause connection problems.
Once the speaker is charged, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep. Then you can pair the speaker to your phone. In addition, ensure your phone stays within 30 feet of the unit.
Lastly, the longer the lights are on and the higher the volume; the faster the battery will be depleted.

Posted .We are sorry to hear you are less than satisfied with this unit, which has 5 watts of audio output power. There are larger versions with the same features and more watts. Check out the iB372 with 10 watts of audio output power and the iBT374 with 20 watts of audio output power.

Posted .The iBT371 has 5 watts of audio output power. Great for amplified room sound from you mobile device. Many (including myself) use this in the shower on a daily basis. If you are looking to power a large room or outdoor function, please update to the iBT372 which is 10 watts of audio output power or the iBT374 with 20 watts of audio output power. Posted .The iBT371 has 5 watts of audio output power. This is enough volume power to fill a regular size room and enjoy the audio while you relax or clean. If you are looking to host a party, check out the iBT175 or iBT374 which have 20 watts of audio output power.

We take it hiking with us, listen to music in the house, outside and so much more. It’s so easy to carry too. The speaker is loud and full of bass, especially for the size. I actually ended up dropping the speaker on some rocks on one of our hikes and the front came off but still played music! I put it back together and went on our way. No issues whatsoever and holds charge for a while. Very impressed with this speaker. Great price for such a quality speaker.

The iBT371 has a 5 Watt capacity. Battery power and volume capacity are directly linked. I suspect that the speaker may not have been fully charged, limiting its full output capacity.
