Good Sound, overall not good quality

For the first few weeks, it sounded great, good volume, light control. However, after a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed the speaker will go in and out while playing the sleep app. At first, it was just a couple times here and there but now it is every time I use it. It’ll ‘skip’ several times, on and off throughout the night. I have used it with other apps on my phone and have noticed the same thing. I use my phone with another Bluetooth headset and I do not have this problem so it seems to be an issue with this speaker only. I do not recommend it for long term use.

Please power the iBT371 on and use a toothpick or the end of a paper clip to press and hold the reset port until the unit powers off. Then charge the unit for 4 hours. If your problem persists, please contact our Support Team for a resolution.

Posted .This speaker has 5 watts of audio output power. You can increase the volume on the connected device and make it even louder with the volume buttons on the iBT371 unit.

Gave it two tries, really wanted it to work out

Replaced it, counted the first one as a bad batch, and got a second. The second blew within 11 days of replacement. I only listen to podcasts at 3/4 volume, and basically baby this thing. I've only used it in the shower but not in direct water (it'll be on a side shelf, receiving light mist). And of course, before bringing it in the shower I make sure the seal is shut tight every time. Bummed out because I was really wanting this to work out.

Posted .Please charge the iBT371 for 4 hours. Use a different charging cable and wall outlet.
If you are charging with a computer, the computer must be powered on with sleep mode disabled. If the computer goes to sleep, charging stops.
