Even with new batteries the display numbers are greyish ... definitely not the bright white as image shows. The volume buttons are loose ... you have to hit just the right spot or no change. Very unhappy and unfortunately I didn't start using it until about 20 days after I picked it up so they tell me I can't even return it. I have purchased a few arm band radios from Best Buy and this is the 1st one that is NOT good. The only good this is the armband although it is almost too long for the thickeness of my arm.
